NATIONAL HOSPITALITY TEACHERS ELIGIBILITY TEST (NHTET)- MAY 2019
Educational Qualification: Full time Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Administration/ Hotel Management after 10+2 from a recognized University with at least 60% marks and at least 02 years Hospitality Industry Experience after obtaining Degree.
OR
Full time Master’s Degree in Hospitality Administration/ Hotel Management after Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Administration/ Hotel Management from a recognized University with at least 60% marks either in Bachelor or Master’s Degree.
Age Limit: Born on or after 30/09/1989.
National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology (NCHMCT) is going to conduct National Hospitality Teachers Eligibility Test (NHTET)- May 2019. The candidates who qualify in the NHTET- May 2019 will be eligible for becoming Assistant Lecturer and Teaching Associates in National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology (NCHMCT) affiliated Institute of Hotel Management (IHMs).
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST and 03 years for OBC category.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Written Examination. The Examination will be held in the following centres- Noida, Jaipur, Mumbai, Gandhinagar, Chennai, Bhopal, Kolkata, Guwahati, Chandigarh, Bhubaneswar, Gurdaspur, Hyderabad, Lucknow, Bengaluru, Hajipur (Near Patna) and Thiruvananthapuram. The date of Written Examination (NHTET) is 18th May, 2019.

Upon successful payment of prescribed fee and submission of online application form, the system generated Registration/ Acknowledgement Slip with unique registration number will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print-out it in two copies on plain A4 size paper. One copy of the print-out must be retained by the candidate for future references and the other copy is to be send along with demand draft, at the below given address so as to reach on or before 06/05/2019 by 05:00 PM.
