1. Scientist ‘B’, Group ‘A’
Number of Vacancies: 68 Nos.
Stream wise Educational Qualification:
(I) B.Tech/ BE (CS or Computer Engg.) OR MCA with BSc (Mathematics as a subject/ DOEACC ‘B’ level with Science/ Mathematics background with 1 year of relevant experience.
(II) B.Tech OR BE (IT)
(III) B.Tech/ BE (Electronics & Communication) OR B.Tech/ BE (Electronics & Telecommunication)

2. Scientific/ Technical Assistant A
Number of Vacancies: 366 Nos.
Stream wise Educational Qualification:
(I) MSc (CS)/MCA with BSc (Mathematics as a subject) /DOEACC ‘B’ level with Science/Mathematics background OR DOEACC A Level/ Three year Diploma in Engineering (CS) with 2 years of relevant experience in IECT area OR BCA/B.Sc. in (Computer Science) with 2 years of relevant experience in IECT area
(II) M.Sc (IT) OR B.Sc (IT)/ Three years Diploma in Engineering (IT) with 2yrs of relevant experience in IECT area.
(III) MSc(Electronics & Communication) OR MSc(Electronics) OR BSc(Electronics & Communication)/Three year Diploma in Engineering (Electronics & Communication) with 2 years of relevant experience in IECT area
(IV) M.Sc (Mathematics)
(V) M.Sc (Physics)

Pay Scale: Rs.9300—34800 and Grade pay: Rs.4200/-
N.B: Candidates should be meets the above qualification with minimum 60% marks in aggregate from a recognized University/ Institutions.
Age Limits (For both posts): Maximum 30yrs as on 01.01.2013. Upper age relaxation for SC/ST—5yrs; OBC—3yrs; PWD—10yrs
