Naval Armament Depot – Mumbai, under Headquarters Western Naval Command Mumbai, is recruiting 14 Fitter Armament (Skilled) and Fitter Electrical (Skilled). 1. FITTER ARMAMENT (SKILLED)
Number of Vacancies: 11 Nos. (Gen—6; SC—1; ST—1; OBC—3)
Qualification: Matriculation or equivalent with knowledge of English
AND (i) Should hold National Apprenticeship Certificate issued by National Council of Vocational Training in the Fitter or Equivalent Trade. OR (ii) Mechanic or equivalent with 02 (two) years regular service in the appropriate Technical Branch of the Army, Navy, and Air Force.
2. FITTER ELECTRICAL (SKILLED)
Number of Vacancies: 3 Nos. (Gen—2; OBC—1)
Qualification: Matriculation or equivalent with knowledge of English
AND (i) Should hold National Apprenticeship Certificate issued by National Council of vocational Training in the following trades— Mechanic, Electronic, Radio Mechanic, Electrician, Instrument Mechanic or equivalent OR (ii) Mechanic or equivalent with 02 (two) years regular service in the appropriate Technical Branch of the Army, Navy, and Air Force.
Age Limit: Between 18yrs to 25yrs as on last date of receipt of application. Upper age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/ Ex-Servicemen is as per Govt. norms.
Pay Scale: Rs. 5200-20200 plus Grade Pay Rs. 1900/-
Candidates’ Selection: Candidates will be required to undergo written examination and interview as applicable.

Candidates shall also enclose one self-addressed envelope and 02 additional color passport size photographs, duly attested by a Gazetted Officer, with the application.
