Eligibility Criteria for NCDRC Recruitment 2024
Education Qualification:- Members
- Must be a former High Court Judge, a District Judge with at least ten years of service, or possess 25 years of expertise in relevant fields such as law, economics, or public affairs.
Age Limit:- Applicants must be under 50 years of age on the application deadline.
Pay Scale: The pay scale for membership in NCDRC will be as per the Tribunal (Conditions of Service) Rules, 2021. The appointment letter will give specific details about salary and benefits.
