National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) is inviting application from the eligible candidates for 70 posts of Lower Division Clerk. NCERT INVITES ONLINE APPLICATION FOR 70 POSTS OF LOWER DIVISION CLERK. LAST DATE — 08/02/2016

 

1. Lower Division Clerk: 70 Nos.

Vacancies as per State / UT / District

  1. New Delhi: 58 posts (UR-27, SC-08, ST-02, OBC-21)
  2. Bhubaneswar/Kolkata: 05 posts (UR-02, SC-01, ST-01, OBC-01)
  3. Mysore/Bengaluru: 05 posts (UR-01, SC-02, OBC-02)
  4. PSSCIVE, Bhopal: 02 posts (SC-01, ST-01)

 

Educational Qualification: 12th class pass or equivalent.
Candidates should have a typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi on computer.

 

Age Limit: Minimum- 18 years and maximum- 27 years as on 01/01/2016

 

Pay Scale: Rs.5200/- Rs.20200/- and Grade Pay Rs.1900/-

 

Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any – As per Govt. norms.

 

 

Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Written Test / Skill Test. Examination tentatively held in the month of May/June 2016. Examination will be held at New Delhi / Delhi, Ajmer, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Mysore and Shillong

Exact Date, Time and Venue for examination/interview will be intimated to the eligible candidates in due course as well as such information will be also available in the official website of NCERT

Application Fee: Candidates must pay Rs.200/- as Application Fee. Fee can be paid through Demand Draft drawn in favour of “Secretary, NCERT”, payable at New Delhi Name of the candidate and URN should be written on the reverse side of the Bank Draft.
NO APPLICATION FEE REQUIRED IN CASE OF SC/ST/PWD/WOMEN CANDIDATES.

 

How to Apply: Interested and eligible candidates may apply online only through the official website of NCERT — www.ncert.nic.in (See link to Application form given below) on or before 08/02/2016

Upon successful payment of prescribed fee and submission of online application form, the system generated Registration/Acknowledgement Slip with unique registration number will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print-out it in two copies on plain A4 size paper. One copy of the print-out must be retained by the candidate for future references and other copy, along with attested copies of testimonials (qualification certificate/mark sheet, age proof, caste certificate, experience certificate if applicable and etc), is to be send by post at the mentioned address so as to reach on or before 22/02/2016
