North Western Railway, Railway Recruitment Cell (RRC, Jaipur) is inviting application on prescribed application format for the posts against Sports Quota (Open Advertisement) for the year 2014-15. Number of Vacancies: 53 Nos.

Note: Since this is sports quota vacancies, so there is no reservation for SC/ST and OBC.

Educational Qualification & Sports Eligibility for Group ‘C’ recruitment (5 posts) in PB 1 Rs.5,200-20,200 with Grade pay Rs.2,400/2,800—
Qualification:  Graduate in any discipline
Sports Eligibility: Candidates shall have represented the Country in Olympic Games (Senior category) OR have obtained at least 3rd position by representing the Country in the/ World cup/World Championships (Junior/Senior)/Asian Games (Senior) / Commonwealth Games (Senior).

Educational Qualification & Sports Eligibility for Group ‘C’ recruitment (16 posts) in PB 1 Rs.5,200-20,200 Grade Pay Rs.1,900/2,000
Qualification: SSC/ Matriculate (Class 10 pass)
Sports Eligibility: Shall have represented the Country in State/ National or International level games or have represented a University in All India Inter University Championship. See PDF below for details.

Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 25 years as on 01.07.2014.

Examination Fee: Candidates shall pay Examination fee of Rs.100/- in form of DD/ IPO. The IPO/ DD shall be drawn in favour of respective Unit/ Division or Workshop where the candidates willing to apply (See the PDF file given below for complete details).
NO EXAMINATION FEE FOR SC/ST/ WOMEN/ MINORITIES AND ECONOMICALLY BACKWARD CANDIDATES.

How to Apply: Interested and eligible candidates may apply on prescribed application format (See PDF below) along with attested copies of testimonials in support of Qualification, Sports Eligibility, Age proof, Caste and Etc.
The application containing envelope shall be superscribed on top with – “APPLICATION FOR RECRUITMENT AGAINST SPORTS QUOTA FOR THE YEAR 2014-15”.

Last Date and Address: The duly filled Application form shall reach only by ORDINARY POST  or can be dropped in the Drop-Box kept in the office premises, on or before 26/07/2014.
Candidates shall address their application to their respective Unit/ Division/ Workshop where he/she opt to apply. (See PDF below for address list).
