National Institute for Locomotor Disabilities (NILD Kolkata) is recruiting eligible candidates for 15 posts of Staff Nurse, Hindi Translator, Professional Trainee (Library/ Physiotherapy/ Occupational Therapy), CBR Project Coordinator, CBR Field Worker, Programme Assistant (PGDDRM) and Clinical Tutor (Prosthetics & Orthotics). The candidates will be appointed on Contract basis initially for One year and may be extended based on good conduct and satisfactory performance of the candidate and subject to requirements of the institute. 1. STAFF NURSE
No. of Vacancies: 05 Nos.
Educational Qualification: i) Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery from a recognized University/ Institution.
ii) Registered as Nurse and Midwife under Indian Nursing Council/ any State Nursing Council.
iii) Preference will be given to B.Sc. (Nursing)/ Post Basic Diploma in Ortho. & Rehab. Nursing.
Experience: Three years experience.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.20,000/- per month.
2. HINDI TRANSLATOR
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: i) Master’s degree of a recognized University in Hindi with English/ English with Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level.
OR
Master’s degree of a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi medium and English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of a examination at the degree level.
ii) Recognized Diploma or Certificate Course in translation from Hindi to English and vice versa.
Experience: Two years experience of translation work from Hindi to English and vice versa in reputed organization.
Consolidated Pay: Rs. 17,000/- per month.
3. PROFESSIONAL TRAINEE (LIBRARY)
No. of Vacancies: 02 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Bachelor in Library Science/ Master in Library Science.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.18,500/- per month.
4. PROFESSIONAL TRAINEE (PHYSIOTHERAPY)
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Degree/ Diploma in Physiotherapy with experience.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.18,500/- per month.
5. PROFESSIONAL TRAINEE (OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY)
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Degree/ Diploma in Occupational Therapy with experience.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.18,500/- per month.
6. CBR PROJECT COORDINATOR
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Post Graduate Degree in Social Work/ Sociology.
Experience: Minimum 02 years experience in community rehabilitation or related field of disability.
Desirable: Post Graduate Diploma in Disability Rehabilitation Management (PGDDRM) from a recognized University.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.18,000/- per month.
7. CBR FIELD WORKER
No. of Vacancies: 02 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Minimum qualification of class 10th pass.
Experience: Preferably working with grass root people or experience in community level activities in NGOs.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.8,000/- per month.
8. PROGRAMME ASSISTANT (PGDDRM)
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Graduate with working knowledge of Computer.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.10,000/- per month.
9. CLINICAL TUTOR (PROSTHETICS & ORTHOTICS)
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: i) Recognized P.G. Degree (MPO/ M.Sc. P&O) from a recognized College/ University.
ii) Good academic record and research aptitude shall be preferred.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.21,250/- per month.
The candidates should have knowledge in Computer Application.
The candidates will be appointed on Contract basis initially for One year and may be extended based on good conduct and satisfactory performance of the candidate and subject to requirements of the institute.
The posts at Sl. No. 6 & 7 are for Community Based Rehabilitation (CBR) Project of the Institute at Rajarhat Block, North 24 Parganas, West Bengal.
