The candidates will be appointed on Contract basis for a period of three (03) years, subject to yearly renewal on satisfactory performance of the candidates. INDIAN INSTITUTE OF SCIENCE EDUCATION AND RESEARCH (IISER) KOLKATA WILL CONDUCT WALK-IN-INTERVIEW FOR 03 POSTS OF MEDICAL OFFICER, GYNAECOLOGIST, AND NURSING STAFF/ ASSISTANTS. WALK-IN DATE — On 24/11/2018 & 01/12/2018
1. MEDICAL OFFICER
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (Male/ Female)
Educational Qualification: MBBS and must have completed rotating internship for one year and should be in possession of a valid registration certificate, with at least 03 years of experience in a recognized hospital.
OR
Post Graduate Diploma in an appropriate branch of Medical Science plus at least one year experience in a recognized hospital.
OR
MD or MS, in an appropriate branch of Medical Science.
Desirable: Post Graduate qualification MD/ Diploma Degree in Medicine/ Gynaecology.
Age Limit: Maximum 65 years.
Consolidated Pay: Rs. 60,000/- per month.
2. SPECIALIST MEDICAL OFFICER (GYNAECOLOGIST)
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (preferably lady)
Educational Qualification: Post Graduate Degree (MD/ MS Obs&Gyn) from a recognized University including completion of compulsory rotating internship.
Experience: Minimum three years of post qualification experience.
Note: If candidate with PG degree are not available, PG Diploma holder with five years of post qualification experience in the professional work in reputed hospital related to concerned specialization will be accepted.
Age Limit: Maximum 65 years.
Consolidated Pay: Rs. 4,000-5,000/- for two hours.
3. NURSING STAFF/ ASSISTANTS
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: i) Must have passed intermediate or 10+2 or equivalent certificate examination.
ii) Must have passed the examination held by the Nursing Council with three years course in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM).
OR
B.Sc in Nursing from a recognized University.
OR
DMN, Dip/ Class I NAC Armed Forces with verifiable experience.
iii) Candidate should have registered with Indian Nursing Council or from respective State Nursing Council.
Experience: At least one year of experience in the recognized hospital after passing nursing with valid registration number.
Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and maximum 55 years as on 01/12/2018.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.25,000 – 30,000/- per month.
The candidates will be appointed on Contract basis for a period of three (03) years, subject to yearly renewal on satisfactory performance of the candidates.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Personal Interview.
