1. CLERK-CUM-DATA ENTRY OPERATOR
No. of Vacancies: 51 Nos.
Educational Qualification: i) Graduation from a recognized University or Institution.
ii) Possesses at least one hundred and twenty hours course with hands on experience in the use of personal computer on Information Technology in office productivity applications or Desktop Publishing applications from recognized institution OR Possesses a Computer Information Technology Course equivalent to ‘O’ level certificate of Department of Electronics Accreditation of Computer Courses (DOEACC).
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 37 years as on 01.01.2018
Pay Scale: Rs.10300-34800 with Grade Pay Rs.3200/-
2. STENO-TYPIST
No. of Vacancies: 20 Nos.
Educational Qualification: i) Graduation from a recognized University or Institution.
ii) Possesses at least one hundred and twenty hours course with hands on experience in the use of personal computer on Information Technology in office productivity applications or Desktop Publishing applications from recognized institution OR Possesses a Computer Information Technology Course equivalent to ‘O’ level certificate of Department of Electronics Accreditation of Computer Courses (DOEACC).
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 37 years as on 01.01.2018
Pay Scale: Rs.10300-34800 with Grade Pay Rs.3200/-
Note: In addition to the above qualification, the candidate should have passed Punjabi upto Matric or its equivalent level. However, if a candidate is an Ex-servicemen or a riot/terrorist victim or one of their dependents, they are eligible to apply.
Reserved Category candidates of other than the state of Punjab will be treated as Genreal candidates. The selected candidates will be on probation for a period of three (03) years.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST/BC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Skill Test (English Stenography & Transcribe and Typing test on computer), Written Test and Interview. The Skil Test for Steno-typist and Clerk-cum-Data Entry Operator will be held on 20.05.2018 and 08.07.2018 respectively. Written Test will be held on 17.06.2018.

Application Fee: Candidates must pay Rs.600/- (Rs.300/- for PWD & Rs.150/- for SC/BC/ESM) as Application Fee. Upon successful payment of prescribed fee and submission of online application form, the system generated Registration/ Acknowledgement Slip with unique registration number will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print-out it for future correspondence. DO NOT SEND ANY PRINT-OUT/HARD COPY OR DOCUMENTS TO ANYWHERE AT THIS STAGE. All the verification will be done in due course.
