1. OFFICER – LEGAL & IR
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: i) Graduate with a degree in Law.
ii) Preference will be given to those candidates who have acquired additional qualifications in Industrial relations/ Labour Laws etc.
Experience: Minimum 15 years experience in handling Legal and IR matters, Conciliations, Arbitrations, Adjudications, cases in Labour Courts, High Courts and Supreme Court.
Age Limit: No upper age limit.
Consolidated Pay: Rs. 60000/- per month.
2. OFFICER – STATUTORY COMPLIANCE
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: i) Should be a Graduate.
ii) Preference will be given to those candidates who have acquired qualification in Labour Laws etc.
iii) Candidate should be well conversant with Computer Operations.
Experience: Minimum 15 years experience in handling ESIC matters and cases including registration of employees, challan generations and payments.
Age Limit: No upper age limit.
Consolidated Pay: Rs. 60000/- per month.
The candidates will be appointed on Fixed Term Contract Basis which may be renewed subject to performance of the candidates and the requirement of the Company.
The posting of selected candidates will be at Delhi.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Interview.
