1. TECHNICAL OFFICER-III FOR UNIVERSITY SCIENCE INSTRUMENTATION CENTRE
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (UR)
Educational Qualification: Ph.D. in Science/ Engineering in Instrumentation or related area with 1st class in Bachelor and Masters level.
Experience: Should have 15 years of experience.
Age Limit: Not less than 40 years.
Pay Scale: Rs.37,400 – 67,000/- with Grade Pay of Rs.10,000/-
2. SCIENTIFIC OFFICER FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF PHYSICS (LASER)

Educational Qualification: B+ Masters Degree in Physics in specialization in Leaser Physics.
Desirable: Doctoral degree or equivalent published work.
Age Limit: Not less than 35 years.

3. ASSISTANT CONTROLLER OF EXAMINATIONS

Experience: i) At least 10 years’ experience in a Supervisory capacity in a University/ Research Institute/ Government organization.

4. PROJECT OFFICER FOR DEPARTMENT OF LIFE-LONG LEARNING

Educational Qualification: i) Master’s Degree or an equivalent qualification from a recognized University with minimum 55% marks or its equivalent grade.
ii) M.Phil. or Ph.D. in a subject related to Adult Learning or Ph.D. in a subject under Social Sciences or Education.

5. ASSISTANT ENGINEER (CIVIL)

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with minimum 55% marks or its equivalent grade.
Note: The requirement of Bachelor’s Degree may be waived in the case of A.M.I.E. with at least 15 years’ experience as Sub-Assistant Engineer.
Experience: At least 05 years’ experience.
Desirable: Degree or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering.
Age Limit: Not below 30 years.

6. PROGRAMMER FOR RESEARCH SERVICE CENTRE
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (SC)
Educational Qualification: Master’s Degree in Computer/ Information Science/ Technology/ Computer Applications or having a ‘B’ level or above from DOEACC with minimum 55% marks or its equivalent grade.
Experience: At least 05 years’ experience in System Management.
Desirable: i) Experience in System Management and Networking with Web content filtering, Database Administration, User Support, Large Cluster Installation Management, Voice over IP.
ii) Ability to handle Disaster Recovery, Storage Configuring, Daily Backup Procedure etc.
Age Limit: Not below 30 years.
Pay Scale: Rs.15,600 – 39,100/- with Grade Pay of Rs.6,000/-
Note: For SC/ST/PWD candidates a relaxation of 5% in marks may be given in the above given qualifications.
