Ordnance Factory, Itarsi (MP), under Ministry of Defence, is inviting application for the vacancies in Non-Industrial Establishment and Industrial Establishment in Semi Skilled grade – PG Teacher, Sr. Nurse, Lab Asst., Storekeeper, Driver, Fireman, Sahayak, MTS, Fitter, Supervisor, Fireman, Photographer, Operator, Electrician, Carpenter, Boiler and etc. Number of vacancies and qualification norms were as follows —
1. Post Graduate Teacher (Chemistry): 1 Nos.
Qualification: Masters Degree in concerned subject and Degree or Diploma in Teaching or Education plus 03 years teaching experience in Higher Secondary School.
2. Sr. Nurse Grade-II: 2 Nos.
Qualification: 10+2 or equivalent examination with Science subjects and Candidates should possess certificates as Registered Nurse and Midwife having passed General Nursing and Midwifery course AND Minimum 2yrs experience in the field out of which one year in Operation Theater. Candidates must have working knowledge of computers.
3. Laboratory Assistant: 2 Nos.
Qualification: Higher Secondary in Science or equivalent
4. Store Keeper: 1 Nos.
Qualification: Higher Secondary (10+2) or Equivalent examination pass.
5. Civilian Motor Driver (OG): 7 Nos.
Qualification: Matriculation and must posses driving licence for heavy and light vehicles with basic knowledge in automobile repairing.
6. Supervisor Gr. III (Canteen): 1 Nos.
Qualification: Matriculation or equivalent
7. Fireman: 13 Nos.
Qualification: Class 10 pass and must have completed minimum 06 months duration basic course on elementary fire fighting from a recognized institute.
Candidates must be physically fit and meet the following physical standards — Height: 165 cms; Chest (unexpanded): 81.5 cms, Chest (expanded): 85 cms and Weight: Minimum 50 Kgs.
8. Photographer: 1 Nos.
Qualification: Matriculate with Diploma in Photography and two years experience in photography.
9. Telephone Operator Gr. II: 1 Nos.
Qualification: Class XII pass. Proficiency in handling of PBX Board and Electronics Exchanges.
10. Ward Sahayak: 2 Nos.
Qualification: Class 10 pass and Knowledge of First-aid, Nursing and Ward Procedure.
11. Durwan: 17 Nos.
Qualification: Matriculation or equivalent and shall meet the following physical standards — Height: 165 cms, Chest (unexpanded)—77cms, Chest (expanded)—82cms, Weight—Minimum 45kgs.
12. Multi Tasking Staff: 15 Nos.
Qualification: Matriculation or equivalent.
13. Chemical Process Worker (Semi skilled): 35 Nos.
Qualification: Matriculation or equivalent and NCVT Certificate in relevant Trade.
14. Electrician (Semi skilled): 9 Nos.
Qualification: Matriculation or equivalent and NCVT Certificate in relevant Trade.
15. Carpenter (Semi-skilled): 3 Nos.
Qualification: Matriculation or equivalent and NCVT Certificate in relevant Trade.
16. Fitter Refrigeration (Semi-skilled): 4 Nos.
Qualification: Matriculation or equivalent and NCVT Certificate in relevant Trade.
17. Fitter Electronics (Semi-skilled): 3 Nos.
Qualification: Matriculation or equivalent and NCVT Certificate in relevant Trade.
18. Fitter General (Semi-skilled): 3 Nos.
Qualification: Matriculation or equivalent and NCVT Certificate in relevant Trade.
19. Fitter Instrument (Semi-skilled): 1 Nos.
Qualification: Matriculation or equivalent and NCVT Certificate in relevant Trade.
20. Boiler Attendant (Semi-skilled): 2 Nos.
Qualification: Matriculation or equivalent and NCVT Certificate in relevant Trade.
