1. MEDICAL OFFICER- NHM
No. of Vacancies: 10 Nos.
Educational Qualification: i) MBBS from MCI recognized Institution.
ii) Registered in West Bengal Medical Council.
iii) Weightage will be given for higher qualification.
Age Limit: Maximum 63 years as on 01/01/2019.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.40,000/- per month.
2. MEDICAL OFFICER (FULL TIME)- NUHM

3. MEDICAL OFFICER- ADOLESCENT FRIENDLY HEALTH CLINIC

4. DISTRICT CONSULTANT (QUALITY MONITORING)

Educational Qualification: i) Degree in Statistics with good academic record from a reputed University.
ii) Specialisation in Biostatistics would be an added advantage.
iii) Previous work experience of Health/ Hospital would be preferred.
Age Limit: Maximum 40 years as on 01/01/2019.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.30,000/- per month.
5. FACILITY LEVEL QUALITY MANAGER (FLQM)
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: i) MBBS/ Dental/ AYUSH/ Nursing/ Life Science/ Social Science Graduate with Masters in Hospital Administration/ Health Management with one year experience in Health Care Quality/ formal quality of a quality system would be preferred.
ii) Fluency in English, Computer Literacy, knowledge of govt. legislations and policies are essential.
Age Limit: Maximum 40 years as on 01/01/2019.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.35,000/- per month.
6. GNM (NUHM)
No. of Vacancies: 04 Nos.
Educational Qualification: i) GNM from a recognized Institute.
ii) Candidate should have proficiency in local language.

7. GNM (NRC)

Educational Qualification: i) GNM/ B.Sc (Nursing) from a recognized Institute.

8. STAFF NURSE (THALASEMIA SCREENING UNIT)

9. SOCIAL WORKER (NUTRITIONAL REHABILITATION CENTRE)

Experience: One year experience in office management with accounts.

10. SAHAYIKA FOR NRC (BANDWAN BPHC)
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: i) Higher Secondary pass.
ii) Good communication and counselling skill in local language.
iii) Must be the resident of Bandwan Block.
iv) Only Female candidates are eligible to apply for the post.

11. HOSPITAL ATTENDANT

Educational Qualification: i) Madhyamik passed or equivalent from any recognized Institute.

Experience: At least 02 years experience of working in a hospital.

12. SANITARY ATTENDANT

Educational Qualification: i) Madhyamik passed or equivalent from any recognized Institute.
ii) Must be a resident of Purulia district.
Experience: At least 02 years experience of working in a hospital.
Age Limit: Maximum 40 years as on 01/01/2019.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.7,500/- per month.
