2. Officer Scale-II (Treasury Officer): 1 No. (UR)
3. Officer Scale-II (General Officer): 21 Nos. (UR-10; SC-3; ST-2; OBC-6)
4. Officer Scale-I: 10 Nos. (UR-5; SC-3; ST-1; OBC-1)
5. Office Assistant (Multipurpose): 70 Nos. (UR-35; SC-11; ST-3; OBC-21)
Eligibility Criteria: Eligibility Criteria is to be considered as per RRBs CWE-III Advertisement published in Employment News/Rozgar Samachar Issue Dated 28th June–4th July, 2014 released by IBPS and posted on the IBPS’s website – www.ibps.in.
Pay Scales:
(i) For Officer Scale-III: Rs.25700 – Rs.31500/-
(ii) For Officer Scale-II: Rs.19400 – Rs.28100/-
(iii) For Officer Scale-I: Rs.14500 – Rs.25700/-
(iv) For Office Assistants: Rs.7200 – Rs.19300/-
Language Proficiency – The candidates applying for the posts of Officer Scale I and Office Assistants –(Multipurpose) are required to possess proficiency in the local language of the State/ UT, i.e. Bengali. Candidates should have studied Bengali atleast up to 10th standard/Madhyamik.
Important: Beside Educational qualification, candidates should have have been declared qualified in the RRBs – Online CWE conducted by IBPS in September/ October 2014 should have obtained the qualifying scores. See officially released advertisement for more details.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection will be made on the basis of performance in RRBs- CWE-III conducted by IBPS in September/ October 2014 and Personal Interview. The total marks for Interview will be 30.
The Interview will be held at the Head Office, Paschim Banga Gramin bank, Howrah and the complete address of the venue will be advised in the call letters. The address of the venues will also be displayed in the Bank’s website one week before the dates for commencement of Interviews.
Candidates selected for the vacancies will be on probation for 02 yrs (01 year for the post of Office Assistants)
