1. PERSONAL ASSISTANT
No. of Vacancies: 99 Nos.
i) High Court of Judicature at Bombay: 68 posts
ii) High Court Bench at Nagpur: 25 posts
iii) High Court Bench at Aurangabad: 06 posts
Educational Qualification: i) University Degree. Preference will be given to candidates possessing Degree in Law.
ii) Possess Government Commercial Certificate or have passed examination conducted by Government Board or ITI for a speed of 120 WPM or above in English Shorthand and 50 WPM in English Typing.
iii) Possess Computer proficiency Certificate from recognized Institute.
Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and maximum 38 years.
Pay Scale: Rs.15600-39100/- with Grade Pay Rs.5400/-
2. CLERK
No. of Vacancies: 54 Nos. (Bench at Aurangabad)
Educational Qualification: i) Graduate of any Recognized University. Preference will be given to a candidate who holds a Degree in Law.
ii) Passed Government Commercial Certificate Examination or equivalent examination conducted by Bureau of Government Examinations, Maharashtra State or ITI for English Typing Speed Test of 40 WPM.
iii) Possess Computer proficiency Certificate from recognized Institute.
iv) The candidate must have adequate knowledge of Marathi and Hindi language.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 38 years.
Pay Scale: Rs. 5200Â-20200 with Grade Pay Rs.1900/Â-
The vacancies are in High Court of Judicature at Bombay and Benches at Nagpur and Aurangabad.
The selected candidates will be on Probation for a period of Two years.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST/OBC/SBC category.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Screening/ Written Test, Shorthand Test, Typing Test and Viva-voce wherever applicable.
