DELHI HIGH COURT, OFFICE OF THE DISTRICT AND SESSIONS JUDGE (HQS) DELHI INVITES ONLINE APPLICATION FOR THE POSTS OF SENIOR PERSONAL ASSISTANT, PERSONAL ASSISTANT, JUNIOR JUDICIAL ASSISTANT AND DATA ENTRY OPERATOR. LAST DATE — 06.10.2019   EXTENDED TO 21/10/2019 (4 PM)

 

1. SENIOR PERSONAL ASSISTANT
Educational Qualification: Graduate with speed of not less than 110 wpm in Shorthand and 40 wpm in Typewriting.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 27 years as on 01.01.2019.

 

2. PERSONAL ASSISTANT
Educational Qualification: Graduate with Shorthand speed of 100 wpm and Typing speed of 40 wpm and having knowledge of Computer.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 27 years as on 01.01.2019.

 

3. JUNIOR JUDICIAL ASSISTANT
Educational Qualification: Graduate with Typing speed of not less than 40 wpm on Computer.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 27 years as on 01.01.2019.

 

4. DATA ENTRY OPERATOR (GRADE-A)
Educational Qualification: i) 12th Standard pass from a recognized Institution/ Board or equivalent (preference will be given to Graduates).
ii) Diploma/ Certificate course in IT/ computer field (preference will be given to ‘O’ Level Certificate).
iii) Knowledge of Data Entry/ Computer Operation (Candidate should have minimum of 01 year experience in Data Entry Operations).
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 27 years as on 01.01.2019.

 

The vacancies are for the Office of District & Sessions Judge (HQs), Delhi and Office of Principal Judge, Family Courts (HQs), Delhi.

 

Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.

 

Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Objective Type Test, Descriptive Test, Skill Test (Shorthand & Typing Test) and Interview wherever applicable. The examination will be held in centres situated within the area of NCT of Delhi & NCR only.

Upon successful payment of prescribed fee and submission of online application form, the system generated Registration/ Acknowledgement Slip with unique registration number will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print-out it for future correspondence. DO NOT SEND ANY PRINT-OUT/HARD COPY OR DOCUMENTS TO ANYWHERE AT THIS STAGE. All the verification will be done in due course.
