The vacancy is for National Mission on Himalayan Studies (NMHS) funded research project entitled “Development of Microbial Inoculants to Improve Growth and Productivity of Darjeeling and Assam Tea”. The candidate will be appointed on Temporary basis initially for a period of One year, which may be extended based on performance of the candidate. PROJECT ASSISTANT
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: B.Sc. (Ag.)/ B.Sc. (Hons.) in Life Science (Microbiology/ Botany).
Desirable:
i) M.Sc. (Ag.)/ M.Sc. (Microbiology/ Botany).
ii) Candidates with experience of research work in tea will be given preference.
Age Limit: Maximum 35 years as on 01.01.2019.
Consolidated Pay: Rs. 15,000/- per month.
