CSIR-Traditional Knowledge Digital Library Unit (TKDL Unit) is recruiting eligible candidates for 27 posts of Project Assistant- III (Information Technology/ Ayurveda/ Unani/ Patents) and Research Associate- I (Ayurveda/ Unani/ Sanskrit). The vacancies are in the Project entitled “Digitising Traditional Indian Systems of Medicine”. The candidates will be appointed on Contract basis for a period upto 31st March, 2020. CSIR-TRADITIONAL KNOWLEDGE DIGITAL LIBRARY UNIT (TKDL UNIT) WILL CONDUCT WALK-IN-INTERVIEW FOR 27 POSTS OF PROJECT ASSISTANT- III (INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY/ AYURVEDA/ UNANI/ PATENTS) AND RESEARCH ASSOCIATE- I (AYURVEDA/ UNANI/ SANSKRIT). WALK-IN DATE — From 18/06/2019 to 20/06/2019

 

1. PROJECT ASSISTANT- III (INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY)
No. of Vacancies: 05 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Masters Degree/ B.E/ B.Tech in Computer Science/ Computer Applications/ IT with minimum 55% marks plus 02 years experience in software development OR M.Tech in Computer Science/ IT or equivalent with minimum 55% marks.
Age Limit: Maximum 35 years.
Consolidated Pay: Rs. 28,000/- per month.

 

2. PROJECT ASSISTANT- III (INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY)
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Masters Degree/ B.E/ B.Tech in Computer Science/ Computer Applications/ IT with minimum 55% marks plus 02 years experience in networking OR M.Tech in Computer Science/ IT or equivalent with minimum 55% marks.
Age Limit: Maximum 35 years.
Consolidated Pay: Rs. 28,000/- per month.

 

3. PROJECT ASSISTANT- III (AYURVEDA)
No. of Vacancies: 03 Nos.
Educational Qualification: BAMS (Ayurveda) with minimum 55% marks.
Age Limit: Maximum 35 years.
Consolidated Pay: Rs. 28,000/- per month.

 

4. RESEARCH ASSOCIATE- I (AYURVEDA)
No. of Vacancies: 07 Nos.
Educational Qualification: MD (Ayurveda).
Age Limit: Maximum 35 years.
Consolidated Pay: Rs. 36,000/- per month.

 

5. PROJECT ASSISTANT- III (UNANI)
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: i) BUMS (Unani) with minimum 55% marks.
ii) Preference will be given to candidates with Oriental background.
Age Limit: Maximum 35 years.
Consolidated Pay: Rs. 28,000/- per month.

 

6. RESEARCH ASSOCIATE- I (UNANI)
No. of Vacancies: 07 Nos.
Educational Qualification: i) MD (Unani).
ii) Preference will be given to candidates with Oriental background.
Age Limit: Maximum 35 years.
Consolidated Pay: Rs. 36,000/- per month.

 

7. RESEARCH ASSOCIATE- I (SANSKRIT)
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: PhD (Sanskrit).
Age Limit: Maximum 35 years.
Consolidated Pay: Rs. 36,000/- per month.

 

8. PROJECT ASSISTANT- III (PATENTS)
No. of Vacancies: 02 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Masters degree in Chemical or Biological Sciences/ Bioinformatics/ Cheminformatics or equivalent with minimum 55% marks.
Experience: Two years experience in patent analytics/ informatics.
Age Limit: Maximum 35 years.
Consolidated Pay: Rs. 28,000/- per month.

 

Note:-
i) For Desirable Qualification please see the Official Advt.
ii) Preference will be given to those candidates with proficiency in computers and commonly used software.
iii) Age of the candidates will be calculated as on date of Interview.

The vacancies are in the Project entitled “Digitising Traditional Indian Systems of Medicine”. The candidates will be appointed on Contract basis for a period upto 31st March, 2020.

The selected candidates will be posted in Delhi.

 

Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable as per Govt. norms.

 

Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Interview. Written Test may be conducted if necessary.
