1. JUNIOR ENGINEER
No. of Vacancies: 13034 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Diploma/ Degree in Engineering in relevant disciplines. For more details please see the Official Advt.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 33 years as on 01/01/2019.
Pay: Rs.35,400/- per month.

 

2. JUNIOR ENGINEER (INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY)
No. of Vacancies: 49 Nos.
Educational Qualification: PGDCA/ B.Sc (Computer Science)/ BCA/ B.Tech (Information Technology)/ B.Tech (Computer Science)/ DOEACC ‘B’ Level course of three years duration or equivalent from recognized University/ Institute.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 33 years as on 01/01/2019.
Pay: Rs.35,400/- per month.

 

3. DEPOT MATERIAL SUPERINTENDENT (DMS)
No. of Vacancies: 456 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Diploma/ Degree in Engineering from any discipline.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 33 years as on 01/01/2019.
Pay: Rs.35,400/- per month.

 

4. CHEMICAL & METALLURGICAL ASSISTANT (CMA)
No. of Vacancies: 494 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Science with Physics and Chemistry with minimum 45% marks.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 33 years as on 01/01/2019.
Pay: Rs.35,400/- per month.

 

The vacancies are in various Zonal Railways and Production Units of Indian Railways.

Candidates waiting for results of the above prescribed qualification are not eligible to apply.

 

Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable as per Govt. norms.

 

Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Computer Based Test (CBT), Document Verification and Medical Examination.

Examination Fee: Candidates must pay Rs.500/- (Rs.250/- for SC/ST/PWD/Ex-servicemen/Women/Transgender/Minorities/Econimically Backward Classes) as Examination Fee. Fee can be paid through Online mode during submission of online application form by using Debit/Credit card or Net banking OR can be paid through Bank by means of fee payment Challan. How to Apply: Interested and eligible candidates may apply online only through the official website of Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) – Indian Railways (See Application form’s link given below) from dated 02/01/2019 to 31/01/2019.

Upon successful payment of prescribed fee and submission of online application form, the system generated Registration/ Acknowledgement Slip with unique registration number will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print-out it for future correspondence. DO NOT SEND ANY PRINT-OUT/HARD COPY OR DOCUMENTS TO ANYWHERE AT THIS STAGE. All the verification will be done in due course.
