1. Senior Manager (MKTG)

• Number of Posts: 1
• Location: Delhi (Corporate Office)
• Service Requirement: S&T (Railways)
• Pay Scale: ₹60,000 – ₹1,80,000 (IDA Scale) + allowances.

2. Senior Manager (P&A)

• Number of Posts: 1
• Location: Secunderabad (Southern Region)
• Service Requirement: HR executives of CPSEs/Railways
• Pay Scale: ₹50,000 – ₹1,80,000 (IDA Scale) + allowances.

Eligibility Criteria for RailTel Corporation of India Ltd Recruitment 2024

Age Limit

• Applicants must be below 62 years as of the closing date of application submission.

Educational and Professional Requirements

• Senior Manager (MKTG):
  • Minimum 30 years of Railway experience in:
    • Field operations
    • HQ office work
    • Inter-departmental coordination
    • Liaison with agencies for implementation activities
  • Must have retired/resigned from Junior Scale (Level 10), Group ‘B’ (Level 9), or Level 8 positions.
• Senior Manager (P&A):
  • Minimum 30 years of experience in:
    • Personnel management and policy formulation
    • Recruitment and outsourcing activities
    • Implementation of systems and procedures for corporate operations
  • Must have retired/resigned from Junior Scale (Level 10), Group ‘B’ (Level 9), or Level 8 positions or held similar positions in CPSEs with IDA pay scale ₹60,000-1,80,000.
