The posts are Temporary in nature. DRDO – CENTRE FOR FIRE, EXPLOSIVE AND ENVIRONMENT SAFETY WILL CONDUCT WALK-IN-INTERVIEW FOR 04 POSTS OF RESEARCH ASSOCIATE (CHEMISTRY) AND JUNIOR RESEARCH FELLOW (MECHANICAL ENGINEERING/ COMPUTER SCIENCE). WALK-IN DATE — 26/12/2018 and 27/12/2018
1. RESEARCH ASSOCIATE (CHEMISTRY)
No. of Vacancies: 02 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Ph.D degree in Chemistry/ Material Science from a recognized University/ Institute.
OR
Having 03 years of research, teaching or design and development experience after M.E/ M.Tech with at least one research paper in Science Citation indexed (SCI) journal.
Desirable: i) Experience in Synthetic Chemistry preferably in Organofluoro compounds, Fluoro Polymers, textile chemistry.
ii) Strong experience in Analytical Chemistry preferably in physicochemical characterisation and spectroscopic techniques like NMR, FTIR, LCMS, GCMS, GC etc.
Age Limit: Maximum 35 years.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.40,000/- per month.
2. JUNIOR RESEARCH FELLOW (MECHANICAL ENGINEERING)
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: B.E/ B.Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1st division with NET/ GATE qualification.
Age Limit: Maximum 28 years.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.25,000/- per month.
3. JUNIOR RESEARCH FELLOW (COMPUTER SCIENCE)
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: B.E/ B.Tech degree in Computer Science in 1st division with NET/ GATE qualification.
Desirable: Generation of 3D Models on software platform and animation.
Age Limit: Maximum 28 years.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.25,000/- per month.
The posts are Temporary in nature.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST and 03 years for OBC category.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Interview.
