RESEARCH ASSOCIATES/ PROFESSIONALS/ EXPERTS
Total vacancies: 21 posts
The vacancies are in the following fields:-
i) Law/ Economics/ Financial Analysis: 19 posts
ii) Information Technology: 02 posts (Level I: 01, Level II: 01)
FIELD WISE QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE ARE GIVEN BELOW:
1. LAW
Educational Qualification: i) Degree of LL.B or equivalent from a recognized University or Institute.
ii) Qualified to be registered as an Advocate in any State Bar Council in India.
Experience: Relevant experience in the field.
Desirable: Specialization in competition law or regulatory laws or laws relating to Intellectual Property Rights or International Trade Laws.
2. ECONOMICS
Educational Qualification: Post Graduate degree in Economics from a recognized University, with specialization in Industrial Economics/ Industrial Organization/ International Trade/ Econometrics/ Mathematical Economics/ Quantitative Economic methods/ Law and Economics.
Experience: Relevant experience in the field.
Desirable: i) Consistent higher academic performance.
ii) A doctoral degree from a reputed University/ Institute in India or from a University or Institution duly recognized in India, in Economics in the area of competition policy or closely related.

3. FINANCIAL ANALYSIS
Educational Qualification: Chartered Accountant.
Experience: Relevant experience in the field.
Desirable: Chartered Accountant having qualified the Post qualification course in International Trade Laws and WTO with competition law and subject.
4. INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY – LEVEL-II
Educational Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology in Computer engineering or Computer Technology or Masters’ degree in Computer Application/ Computer Science or Information Technology from a recognized University.
Experience: Relevant experience in the field.
5. INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY – LEVEL-I
Educational Qualification: i) Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology in any stream.
ii) Certification in CCNA Routing & Switching/ Data Centre Certified.
Experience: Relevant experience in the field.
The candidates will be appointed on Contract basis initially for a period of One year, which can be further extended as per requirements of the Commission.
