Reserve Bank of India (RBI) is inviting application from the eligible candidates for 05 posts of Legal Consultant in Grade “F” (Legal Adviser) and Legal Consultant in Grade “C”/ “D” (Assistant/Deputy Legal Adviser) . RESERVE BANK OF INDIA (RBI) INVITES ONLINE APPLICATION FOR 05 POSTS OF LEGAL CONSULTANT IN GRADE – F (LEGAL ADVISER) AND LEGAL CONSULTANT IN GRADE C/ D (ASSISTANT/DEPUTY LEGAL ADVISER) . LAST DATE — 11/08/2017

 

1. LEGAL CONSULTANT IN GRADE “F” (LEGAL ADVISER)
No. of Vacancies: 02 Nos. (UR-02)
Educational Qualification: i) Bachelor’s Degree in Law recognized by the Bar Council of India for the purpose of enrollment as an Advocate with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent in the aggregate of all semesters/years.
ii) Post Graduate Degree in Law from a recognized university.
Experience: At least fifteen years experience as an Advocate in a High Court / the Supreme Court or as a Law Officer in the Legal Department of a large bank/financial institution /statutory corporation or in the Legal Department of Central/State Government or an associate partner etc. in a reputed Consultancy firm providing legal advice.
Desirable: Experience in Taxation laws, International laws, laws relating to Banking, Payment Systems, Forex and Cyber / IT Laws.
Age Limit: Minimum-45 years and maximum-55 years as on 01/07/2017.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.53.43 lakh per annum.

 

2. LEGAL CONSULTANT IN GRADE – C/ D (ASSISTANT/DEPUTY LEGAL ADVISER)
No. of Vacancies: 03 Nos. (UR-03)
Educational Qualification: i) Bachelor’s Degree in Law recognized by the Bar Council of India for the purpose of enrollment as an Advocate with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent in the aggregate of all semesters/years.
ii) Post Graduate Degree in Law from a recognized university.
Experience: At least Seven years experience as an Advocate in a High Court/the Supreme Court or as a Law Officer in the Legal Department of a large bank/financial institution/statutory corporation or in the Legal Department of Central/State Government or an associate partner etc. in a reputed Consultancy firm providing legal advices.
Desirable: Experience in Taxation laws, International laws, laws relating to Banking, Payment Systems, Forex and Cyber / IT Laws.
Age Limit: Minimum-30 years and maximum-40 years as on 01/07/2017.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.26.26 lakh – Rs.35.58 lakh per annum.

 

Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through interview only.

Candidates must print-out it for future correspondence. DO NOT SEND ANY PRINT-OUT/HARD COPY OR DOCUMENTS TO ANYWHERE AT THIS STAGE. All the verification will be done in due course.
