1. DEPUTY SECRETARY (ADMINISTRATION) – HEAD OFFICE, NEW DELHI
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (UR)
Educational Qualification: i) Post graduate degree from a recognized University or equivalent professional qualification.
ii) General knowledge of Indian literature and contacts with the literary community.
iii) Sound knowledge of at least one Indian language and good knowledge of English.
iv) Should possess sound knowledge of rules and regulations.
v) Basic knowledge of computer application.
Experience: Five years’ experience relevant to the execution of the job with ability to organise programmes and processing documents/ minutes.
Desirable: i) Experience in organizing programmes/ ii) Experience in dealing with accounts matters.
Age Limit: Maximum 50 years.
Pay Scale: Rs.15600-39100 with Grade Pay Rs.6600/-
2. SENIOR LIBRARY & INFORMATION ASSISTANT – HEAD OFFICE, NEW DELHI
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (OBC)
Educational Qualification: i) Bachelor of Library Science.
ii) Good Knowledge of computer application in Library.
Experience: Five years’ experience in a Library of standing.
Desirable: i) Master of Library Science and ii) Working knowledge of 1 or 2 Indian Languages in addition to mother tongue.
Age Limit: Maximum 30 years.
Pay Scale: Rs.9300-34800/- with Grade Pay Rs.4200/-
3. STENOGRAPHER GR-II – REGIONAL OFFICE, BENGALURU
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (UR)
Educational Qualification: i) 10+2 from Recognized Board.
ii) 80 w.p.m. speed in shorthand and good speed in typing in English/ Hindi.
iii) Good knowledge in computer application.
Age Limit: Maximum 30 years.
Pay Scale: Rs.5200-20200/- with Grade Pay Rs.2400/-
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
