AIIMS Patna is inviting application from the eligible candidates for 104 posts of Senior Resident. The candidates will be appointed on Tenure basis initially for a period of One year, which is extendable upto a period of three (03) years subject to satisfactory performance of the candidates. Educational Qualification:

i) A Postgraduate Medical degree namely MD/ MS/ DNB/ DM/ M.Ch in the respective disciplines.

ii) For Non-Medical Candidates (For subjects of Anatomy, Biochemistry, Physiology and Microbiology):-

a) The candidate should possess Medical M.Sc. qualification namely Human Anatomy, Medical Biochemistry, Medical Microbiology, Medical Physiology, Medical Pharmacology Degree in the subject concerned.
b) Ph.D. in the subject concerned from a recognized University/ Institute.

iii) For Dentistry:- MDS from a recognized University.

 

Age Limit: Maximum 37 years (39 years for those candidates applying after completing DM/ M.Ch) as on 01/07/2019.

 

Pay: Rs. 67,700/- per month.

 

The candidates will be appointed on Tenure basis initially for a period of One year, which is extendable upto a period of three (03) years subject to satisfactory performance of the candidates. The vacancies are in different departments of All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Patna.

The candidate should pass their qualifying examination by 01/07/2019 and result should be declared on or before this date. Candidates whose results are declared after 01/07/2019 are not eligible to apply. For more details please see the Official Advt.

Those candidates who have already completed 03 years of their Senior Residency are not eligible to apply.

 

Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category.

 

Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Written Test. The Written Test will be held on 15th June, 2019 at AIIMS, Patna.

Application Fee: Candidates must pay Rs.1500/- (Rs.1200/- for SC/ST candidates) as Application Fee. Fee can be paid through Demand Draft drawn in favour of AIIMS, Patna, payable at Patna.

NO APPLICATION FEE REQUIRED IN CASE OF PWD CANDIDATES.
