AGRICULTURE DEVELOPMENT OFFICER/ WATERSHED DEVELOPMENT OFFICER/ HORTICULTURE DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
No. of Vacancies: 23 Nos. (UR-04, Bhutia/Lepcha-05, OBC-08, ST-03, SC-02, Primitive Tribe-01. Out of the total posts, 01 post is reserved for PWD)
Educational Qualification:
i) B.Sc (Agriculture) from a recognized University.
ii) Should be conversant with the customs and usages of Sikkim.
iii) Should have knowledge of any of the State Languages.
iv) Should have valid local Employment Card.
Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and maximum 40 years as on 30/04/2018
Pay Scale: Rs 9300-34800 plus Grade Pay of Rs 5000/-
The vacancies are under Sikkim State Agriculture Service. The candidates will be appointed through Direct Recruitment basis.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Written Examination and Viva-voce/ Interview.
