VILLAGE RESOURCE PERSON (VRP)
Name of the Development Blocks where the vacancies are available: – Beldanga-ll, Bhagabangola-1, Bhagabangola-ll, Lalgola, Murshidabad-Jiaganj, Raghunathganj-1, Raninagar-ll, Sagardighi, Samserganj, Suti-l and Suti-ll
No. of vacancies: 960 Nos. (10 posts in each Gram Panchayat (GP) under the above said 11 Blocks. There are 96 G.Ps in total)
Educational Qualification: 10th pass and should have worked in MGNREGS or have family members who have worked under
MGNREGS.
Candidates should have job card under MGNREGA in her/his family and permanent resident & voter of the Block she/he applied for.
Candidates should not be related to PRI representatives, Supervisors/ mates and other officials of implementing agencies.
Preferences:
i) Village Resource Persons (i.e. Social Audit Volunteers) who have gained experiences over the year in the field of Social Audit, if satisfies the aforementioned criterion, may be given preferences.
ii) Youth women from Self Help Groups, cluster at GP level, Community based Organizations may be given preference.
iii) Should preferably be a women and/or belonging to the SC/ST community.
Age Limit: Minimum-18 years and maximum-35 years as on 01/01/2017.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Interview.
