1. SOCIAL WORKER (NATIONAL TOBACCO CONTROL PROGRAMME- NTCP)
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (GEN)
Educational Qualification: Post-graduate degree in Sociology/ Social Work OR Graduate in Sociology/ Social Work.
Experience: Two years of field experience.
Age Limit: Maximum 40 years as on 01/01/2018.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.25,000/- per month.
2. GNM (NRC)
No. of Vacancies: 02 Nos. (GEN-01, SC-01)
Educational Qualification: i) Should have completed B.Sc Nursing course/ GNM training course from any recognized Institution.
ii) Candidate should have proficiency in local language.
iii) Must be a resident of Uttar Dinajpur.
Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and maximum 40 years.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.17,220/- per month.
3. FULL TIME MEDICAL OFFICER (NATIONAL URBAN HEALTH MISSION- NUHM)
No. of Vacancies: 05 Nos. (UR)
Educational Qualification: i) MBBS from recognized Institute with one year compulsory Internship.
ii) Must be recognized under West Bengal Medical Council.
iii) Weightage will be given for higher qualification.
Age Limit: Maximum 63 years.

4. GENERAL DUTY MEDICAL OFFICER (NATIONAL HEALTH MISSION- NHM)

Educational Qualification: i) MBBS degree.

Educational Qualification: Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in the discipline of G & O from Institution under MCI.

6. SPECIALIST (ANESTHETISTS)

Educational Qualification: Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in the discipline of Anesthesiology from Institution under MCI.

Educational Qualification: i) MBBS doctor, preference will be given for Post Graduate Diploma/ Degree in the discipline of G & O or Pediatrics and similar experience.
ii) Preferably female candidate.

9. MEDICAL OFFICER (THALASSAEMIA CONTROL PROGRAM)

Educational Qualification: MBBS degree.
Desirable: i) DCH.
ii) Experience in working with Thalassaemia Patient.
Age Limit: Maximum 63 years.

10. SENIOR MEDICAL OFFICER (ART)

Educational Qualification: First preference will be given to candidates with MD in Medicine or any other clinical discipline.
OR
MBBS plus Diploma in any clinical discipline.
OR
MBBS plus fellowship in HIV Medicine/ Diploma in Public Health having 03 years experience can be considered.
Experience: Minimum 03 years of experience can be considered for MBBS plus Diploma in clinical discipline, fellowship and DPH candidates only.
Age Limit: Maximum 60 years.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.45,000/- per month.
11. MEDICAL OFFICER (ART)

Educational Qualification: MBBS trained by NACO at one of the NACO designated training centre.
Age Limit: Maximum 60 years.

12. KALA-AZAR TECHNICAL SUPERVISOR (KTS UNDER NVBDCP)

Educational Qualification: i) Science Graduate with Biology as a paper.
OR
Retired H.A (Male) and H.S (M) of the same district.
ii) Having valid two-wheeler driving license.
Age Limit: Maximum 50 years.
