NATIONAL IMMUNISATION PROGRAMME

1. Immunization Volunteers:05 Nos. (UR-02, SC-01, ST-01, OBC-01)
Educational Qualification: Graduate (B.A / B.Sc / B.Com).
Technical Qualification: Diploma /Certificate with the duration of six month or more in computer application.
Candidates must have computer knowledge of operating system (Windows XP /7), MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint, Word and working experience in Internet explorer or any equivalent browser such as e-mailing, web searching etc.
Experience: Minimum 02 years in health or health related activities.
Candidates must have valid driving license for two wheelers.
Age Limit: Maximum-40 years as on 31/12/2015
Consolidated Pay: Rs.500/- per day for 26 days per month.

 

 

PUBLIC HEALTH PROGRAMME (WBSAP & CS)

2. ICTC Counselors: 02 Nos. (UR-01, SC-01)
Educational Qualification: Post Graduate Degree /Diploma in Psychology/Social work / Sociology /Anthropology / Human Development / Nursing with one year experience after PG degree /Diploma of working in field of counseling in health sector, preferably in HIV/AIDS OR Graduate in Psychology /Social Work/Sociology / Anthropology /Nursing with three years experience after graduation of working in field of counseling in health sector, preferably in HIV/AIDS.
Candidates must have working knowledge of Computer.
Age Limit: Maximum-60 years as on 31/12/2015
Consolidated Pay: Rs.13,000/- per month.

 

 

REVISED NATIONAL TUBERCULOSIS CONTROL PROGRAMME (RNTCP)

3. Senior Treatment Supervisor (STS): 07 Nos. (UR-03, SC-01, OBC-01, ST-02)
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree OR Recognized Sanitary Inspector’s Course and Certificated course in computer application of two months.
Candidates must have two wheelers driving license and should be able to drive two wheeler with gear.
Preferential Qualification:
i) Tuberculosis Health Visitor’s (THV) course.
ii) Degree /Diploma in Social work or Medical Social work.
iii) Successful completion of basic training course.
Age Limit: Minimum-22 years and maximum-40 years as on 31/12/2015
Consolidated Pay: Rs.17220/- per month.

 

4. RNTCP Lab Technician /Sputum Microscopist: 08 Nos. (SC-05, ST-02, OBC-01)
Educational Qualification: Intermediate (10+2) and Diploma or certified course in Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent
Preferential Qualification: At least one year experience in RNTCP or sputum smears microscopy.
Candidates with Higher Qualification will be preferred.
Age Limit: Maximum-62 years as on 31/12/2015
Consolidated Pay: Rs.16860/- per month.

 

5. Medical Officer: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: MBBS or Equivalent degree and must have completed compulsory rotator Intership.
Preferential Qualification:
i) Diploma /MD in Public Health /Tuberculosis & chest Diseases.
ii) At least one year experience in RNTCP.
iii) Knowledge of computer.
Age Limit: Maximum-62 years as on 31/12/2015
Consolidated Pay: Rs.40, 000/- per month.

 

6. Tuberculosis Health Visitor (TBHV): 04 Nos. (UR-01, SC-01, ST-01, OBC-01)
Educational Qualification: Graduate OR Intermediate (10+2) and experience of workingas MPW/LHV/ANM/ Health Worker /Certificate or higher course in health education /Counselling OR Tuberculosis Health Visitors course B.Certificate course in Computer Opeartion (minimum 02 months).
Preferential Qualification: Training course for MPW or Sanitary inspector’s course.
Age Limit: Minimum -22 years and maximum-62 years as on 31/12/2015
Consolidated Pay: Rs.13560/- per month.

 

7. District PPM Co-ordinator : 01 Nos. (SC-01)
Educational Qualification: Post Graduate and one year experience of working.
Candidates must have two wheeler driving license and should be able to drive two wheeler.
Preferential Qualification:
i) Candidates who have worked in RNTCP
ii) Certificate/ Diploma /Degree /Masters holders in Sicial Sciences /Mass Media / Communication /Rural Development /Advocacy /Partnership / related field.
iii) Basic knowledge of computer.
Age Limit: Minimum-22 years and maximum-40 years as on 31/12/2015
Consolidated Pay: Rs.19000/- per month.

 

8. Senior Tuberculosis Laboratory supervisor (STLS): 03 Nos. (SC-02, ST-01)
Educational Qualification: Graduate with Diploma in Medical Laboratory Techonology OR equivalent with two wheeler driving license and should be able to drive two wheeler (Motor cycle with Gear)
Preferential Qualification: At least one years experience in RNTCP
Age Limit: Maximum-40 years as on 31/12/2015
Consolidated Pay: Rs.16860/- per month.

 

9. Medical Officer (Full time): 15 Nos.
Educational Qualification: MBBS with one year compulsory Internship.
Candidates must be registered under West Bengal Medical Council.
Weightage will be given for higher qualification.
Age Limit: Maximum-63 years as on 31/12/2015
Consolidated Pay: Rs.40,000/- per month.

 

10. Lab Technician: 15 Nos. (UR-06, SC-06, OBC-02, ST-01)
Educational Qualification: Higher Secondary Passed (10+2) with Physics, Chemistry and Biology /Mathematics and Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology.
Knowledge of computer, MS Office and Internet is required.
Age Limit: Maximum-40 years as on 31/12/2015
Consolidated Pay: Rs.9380/- per month.

 

11. Lady Counselor (AFHC / Anwesha Clinic): 10 Nos. (UR-04, ST-02, SC-02, OBC-02)
Educational Qualification: Graduate in Psychology / Social work /Sociology /Anthropology /Human Development
Desirable: Post graduate (M.A /M.Sc) in Psychology, Social work, Sociology, Anthropology, Human Development and Conversant in MS-Office.
Experience: Weightage for experience in related field upto five years.

12. Programme Associate (RBSK): 01 Nos. (UR-01)
Educational Qualification: Graduate and Conversant in MS-Office.

13. Data Entry Operator (DEO)-NHM: 03 Nos. (UR-02, SC-01)
Educational Qualification: Graduate with one year Diploma / Certificate course in computer application.
Candidates must have working knowledge of computer with operating knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Access and Internet and minimum typing speed of 30 wpm.
Experience: At least three years of experience in Govt. Sector OR Five years of experience in Public Sector and preferably having experience in handling of official correspondence.
Age Limit: Maximum-40 years as on 31/12/2015

14. Programme cum Administrative Assistant (NQAP): 01 Nos. (UR-01)
Educational Qualification: Graduate Degree with fluency in MS office package with one year experience of managing office and providing support to health programme /NHM.
Knowledge of Accountancy would be added advantage.
Candidates having drafting skills would be preferred.
Age Limit: Maximum-40 years as on 31/12/2015
Consolidated Pay: Rs.12000/- per month.

 

Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any – As per Govt. norms.
