SPORTS POLICE PERSONNEL- FOOTBALL (MEN)
No. of Vacancies: 07 Nos.
Educational Qualification: A Pass in the HSE or equivalent Examination.
Sports Qualification:
i) First or second place in individual events in recognized State Meets and who have been selected to represent the State.
ii) First place in team events recognized State Meets and who have been selected to represent the State.
iii) Represented the States in the Team events and secured selection to represent in interstate, National Championships (University/ Junior/ Senior/ Youth/ School Level)/ National Championships).
Note: All the Sports achievements should be made on or after 01/01/2016.
Age Limit: Must have completed 18 years and must be below 26 years as on 01/01/2019. Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 04 years for SC/ST and 02 years for OBC category.
The vacancies are for Kerala Police Football Team in Kerala Police Department. Only Male candidates are eligible to apply.
Physical Standards:
(i) Male Candidates: Height — Minimum of 168 cm (Minimum 160 cm for SC/ST candidates); Chest (unexpanded) — Minimum of 81 cm (Minimum 76 cm for SC/ST); Chest (expanded) — Minimum 86 cm (Minimum 81 cm for SC/ST).
Candidates must not have knock knee, flat foot, varicose vein or squint in eyes and should possess high colour vision. They must be in good mental and bodily health and free from any physical defect likely to interfere with the efficient performance of the duties.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Trials, Physical Measurement Test and Physical Efficiency Test.
