Staff Selection Commission (SSC) is going to hold an open competitive examination for recruitment of 1000 Nos. (Approx) Junior Engineers (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Quantity Surveying & Contract) in different Organization listed below. F.No. 3/4/2015- P&P-II. SSC INVITES ONLINE APPLICATION FOR JUNIOR ENGINEERS (CIVIL, MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL,QUANTITY SURVEYING & CONTRACT) EXAMINATION, 2015. LAST DATE — 10/08/2015

4. Military Engineering Service
(i) Junior Engineer (Civil)
(ii) Junior Engineer (Electrical and Mechanical)
(iii) Junior Engineer (Quantity Surveying and Contract)

 

Total No. of Vacancies: 1000 Nos. (Tentative).

Educational Qualification:
1. Junior Engineer (Civil), CPWD: Diploma in Civil Engineering

2. Junior Engineer (Electrical), CPWD: Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

3. Junior Engineer (Civil), Deptt. of Post: Three years Diploma or equivalent in Civil Engineering

4. Junior Engineer (Electrical), Deptt. of Post: Three years Diploma or equivalent in Electrical Engineering

5. Junior Engineer (Civil), MES: Degree in Civil Engineering OR 03yrs Diploma in Civil Engineering with Two years experience in Planning, Execution and Maintenance of Civil Engineering works.

6. Junior Engineer (Electrical & Mechanical), MES: Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering OR Three years diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with Two years experience in Planning, Execution and Maintenance of Electrical or Mechanical Engineering works.

7. Junior Engineer (QS&C), MES: 03 years Diploma in Civil Engineering OR Passed Intermediate examination in Building and Quantity Surveying Sub Divisional -II of the institute of Surveyors (India).

8. Junior Engineer (Civil & Mechanical), CWC: Degree or Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering

 

Age Limit: Maximum 32 years for vacancies under CWC, CPWD. Not exceeding 30 years for vacancies under MES except JE (Surveying and Contract) AND between 18yrs to 27yrs for vacancies under Dept. of Post and for post of JR (Surveying & Contract) under MES.

Upper age relaxation for SC/ST – 5yrs; OBC- 3yrs; Domicile of J&K—05yrs; Ex-Serviceman and Others, if any – As per Govt. norms.

 

Application Fee: Rs.100/- can be paid through Net Banking or Debit/Credit card or can be paid by means of challan through any branch of State Bank of India.
NO FEE FOR CANDIDATES BELONGING TO SC/ST, PWD CATEGORIES, EX-SERVICEMAN AND ALL WOMEN CANDIDATES.

Online Application form can be submitted through the official website of SSC — http://ssconline.nic.in in two parts, viz.- Part-I and Part-II.

Upon successful submission of online application form, the system generated Registration Slip will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print-out it and should retain the same safely for future correspondence.
