STENOGRAPHER GRADE-III
No. of Vacancies: 19 Nos. (UR-13, SC-03, BC/OBC-03)
Educational Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Arts or Bachelor Degree in Science or equivalent from a recognized University and must have proficiency in operation of computers (word processing and spread sheets).
Candidates should also have passed matriculation examination with Hindi/Punjabi as one of the subject.
Age Limit: Minimum-18 years and maximum-37 years as on 01.01.2018.
Pay Scale: Rs.10300 – Rs.34800 and Grade Pay Rs.3600/-
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST and 03 years for OBC category.
Note: Candidates belonging to the reserved category of other sate will be treated as General Candidates.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through English Shorthand Test and Computer Proficiency Test. Examination is likely to be conducted in the month of May 2018 to August 2018 and can be conducted anywhere in the State of Punjab, Haryana and U.T. Chandigarh as per the availability of the Institute.
