Educational Qualification:

• The candidate must have passed, as of 1″t July 2022, the Intermediate or its equivalent examination recognized by the State Government. In the case of a candidate belonging to Scheduled Castes or Scheduled Tribes, as of 1’t |uly, 2022, he/she must have passed SSC or its equivalent examination recognized by the State Government and should have studied Intermediate and appeared for the Intermediate Examinations of 1″t year and 2″d year.

For all Candidates: PMT

Men: For Post Code No: 21 & 23

• Height: Must not be less than 167.6 CMS
• Chest: Must not be less than 86.3 CMS Round the chest on full inspiration with a minimum expansion of 5 CMS

Women: For the Post Code No: 21

• Height: Must not be less than 152.5 CMS
• Weight: Must not be less than 40 Kg

Age Limit:

• A person who is a local to Andhra Pradesh State and also working in the Andhra Pradesh Police Department as of the date of notification has been on duty as Home Guard for a minimum duration of 360 days within a period of two years and who is still continuing his service as Home Guard, must have attained the age of 18 years and must not have attained the age
  of 32 years as of 1″t fully, 2022 i.e., must have been born not earlier than 2nd July 1990 and not later than 1st July 2004.
• Al1 other candidates must have attained the age of 18 years and must not have attained the age of 24 years as of L.t Jdy,2022 i.e., must have been born not earlier than 2″4 July 1998 and not later than 9121 last July 2004.

Pay Scale: 

• Rs.37100 — Rs.91450

Upper Age Relaxation: 

• The upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ ST/ BC and 10 years for the PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.

• Selection of candidates will be through Written Examination, PHYSICAL MEASUREMENTS TEST (PMT), PHYSICAL EFFICIENCY TEST (PET), and Final Written Test  The Written Examination is proposed to be held on 22/01/2022.

Application Fee:

• Candidates with the local candidature of Andhra Pradesh, belonging to OCs and BCs, applying for the Posts of PCs (Civil) & PCs (AI, SP), have to pay a fee of Rs. 300/- towards the processing of applicatiory PMT/ PET, Written Examinations, etc. Local candidates of Andhra Pradesh belonging to SCs\ and STs have to pay only Rs. 150/-. Those who are Non-local to Andhra Pradeslu have to pay a fee of Rs. 300/-.
• EWS candidates have to pay a fee of Rs. 300/-.
