1. STENOGRAPHER GRADE- III
No. of Vacancies: 08 Nos. (UR-06, SC-01, OBC-01)
Educational Qualification: i) Must have passed Madhyamik or equivalent examination from any recognized Board.
ii) Must have a minimum speed @ 80 w.p.m in Short hand and a minimum speed @ 30 w.p.m in Typing from a legible manuscript in English for 10 minutes.
iii) Should possess at least a Certificate in Computer training from a recognized Institution.
iv) Candidates should also have a satisfactory fingering speed in Computer Operation.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 40 years as on 01/06/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs. 7100-37600/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 3900/-.

 

2. LOWER DIVISION CLERK
No. of Vacancies: 21 Nos. (UR-11, SC-06, OBC-04)
Educational Qualification: i) Must have passed Madhyamik or equivalent examination from any recognized Board.
ii) Should possess at least a Certificate in Computer training from a recognized Institution.
iii) Candidates should have knowledge in Computer Operation and type-writing in English.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 40 years as on 01/06/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs. 5400-25200/- with Grade Pay of RS. 2600/-.

 

3. PROCESS SERVER (SUMMONS BAILIFF)
No. of Vacancies: 11 Nos. (UR-08, SC-02, OBC-01)
Educational Qualification: Must have class VIII pass certificate from any recognized School or any other recognized equivalent Institution.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 40 years as on 01/06/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs. 5400-25200/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 2300/-.

 

4. GROUP D (PEON/ NIGHT GUARD/ FARASH)
No. of Vacancies: 28 Nos. (UR-19, SC-05, ST-02, OBC-02)
Educational Qualification: Must have class VIII pass certificate from any recognized School or any other recognized equivalent Institution.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 40 years as on 01/06/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs. 4900-16200/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 1700/-.

 

5. GROUP D (SWEEPER)
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (OBC)
Educational Qualification: The candidates must have the capability of reading and writing in Bengali/ Hindi/ English.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 40 years (45 years for PH candidates)as on 01/06/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs. 4900-16200/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 1700/-.

 

The vacancies are in the Judgeship of Howrah, West Bengal. The candidates will be appointed initially on Temporary basis but is likely to be made Permanent.

 

Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST and 03 years for OBC category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms. SC/ ST/OBC candidates belonging to States other than West Bengal will be treated as General Candidates.

 

Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Written Examination, Computer Test, Dictation & Transcription, Typing Test, Viva Voce and Personality Test wherever applicable.

Application Fee: Candidates must pay Rs. 400/- (Rs. 300/- for SC/ST candidates) for the posts of Stenographer Grade III & Lower Division Clerk, Rs. 300/- (Rs. 200/- for SC/ST candidates) for the posts of Process Server & Group-D and Rs. 150/- for the post of Sweeper as Application Fee.
