- JUNIOR ANALYST
No. of Vacancies: 14 Nos. (GT-05, BC-03, MBC-03, SC-03)
Educational Qualification: Degree in Pharmacy with one year experience OR
Degree in Chemistry or A Degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry with two years experience.
OR
Candidates who possess Post Graduate Degree in Chemistry with Analytical Chemistry as a special subject with one year experience.
Age Limit: Maximum-30 years as on 01/07/2017.
Pay Scale: Rs.9300 – Rs.34800 and Grade Pay Rs.4600/-
- JUNIOR CHEMIST
No. of Vacancies: 06 Nos. (GT-02, BC-02, MBC-01, SC-01)
Educational Qualification: First or Second Class Post Graduate Degree in any Branch of Chemistry of any university or institution recognized by the UGC.

Associate ship Diploma of the Institution of Chemists (India).
Preference shall be given to a candidate who possesses a post graduate degree in Analytical Chemistry or to a candidate who possesses practical experience for a period of not less than one year in any recognized research or Analytical or Metallurgical Laboratory.
Age Limit: Maximum-30 years as on 01/07/2017.

- CHEMIST
No. of Vacancies: 03 Nos. (GT-01, MBC-01, BC-01)
Educational Qualification: First or Second Class Degree in M.Sc., in Chemistry
OR Chemical Technology
OR Industrial Chemistry
OR Associate ship Diploma of the Institution of Chemists (India).
AND
Two years experience in research in pure or applied chemistry or Analytical
Chemistry.
Age Limit: Maximum-30 years as on 01/07/2017.
Pay Scale: Rs.9300 – Rs.34800 and Grade Pay Rs.5100/-
- ARCHAEOLOGICAL CHEMIST
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (GT)
Educational Qualification: M.Sc. (Chemistry) degree.
Age Limit: Maximum-30 years as on 01/07/2017.
Pay Scale: RS.15600 – Rs.39100 and Grade Pay Rs.5400/-
Upper Age Relaxation: No age limit for the candidates belong to SCs, SC(A)s, STs, MBCs/DCs, BCs, BCMs and DWs of all Caste.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Written Examination, Oral Test and Interview.
Written Examination will be held on 17/02/2018 and 18/02/2017 at Chennai, Coimbatore, Madurai, Tiruchirapalli and Tirunelveli.
Candidates should possess adequate knowledge in Tamil.

Examination Fee: Candidates must pay Rs.150/- as Examination Fee. Fee can be paid through Online mode during submission of online application form by using Debit/Credit card or Net banking OR can be paid through Bank by means of fee payment Challan. NO EXAMINATION FEE REQUIRED IN CASE OF SC/ST/PWD/MBC/EXSM CANDIDATES.

Note: Candidates will have to first Register themselves in One Time Registration by paying a registration fee of Rs.150/-. Candidates who have already registered themselves before are exempted from this process.
Upon successful payment of prescribed fee and submission of online application form, the system generated Registration/ Acknowledgement Slip with unique registration number will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print-out it for future correspondence. DO NOT SEND ANY PRINT-OUT/HARD COPY OR DOCUMENTS TO ANYWHERE AT THIS STAGE. All the verification will be done in due course.
