LABORATORY ASSISTANT- FORENSIC SCIENCE DEPARTMENT
No. of Vacancies: 56 Nos.
Educational Qualification:
i) Pass in Higher Secondary Examination with Physics, Chemistry and Biology / Botany & Zoology as subjects.
ii) Candidate should possess adequate knowledge in Tamil.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 30 years as on 01.07.2018.
Pay Scale: Rs.19,500- 62,000 /-
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms. No maximum age limit for candidates belonging to SC/SC(A)/ST/PWD/DW/MBC/DC/BC(OBCM)/BCM categories.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Written Examination.
The Examination will be held on 06/05/2018 at the following centers: (i) Chennai, (ii) Coimbatore, (iii) Madurai, (iv) Salem, (v) Tiruchirappalli, (vi) Thanjavur, (vii) Chidambaram and (viii) Tirunelveli.

Examination Fee: Candidates must pay Rs.100/- as Examination Fee. Fee can be paid through Online mode during submission of online application form by using Debit/Credit card or Net banking OR can be paid through Bank by means of fee payment Challan. Note: It is mandatory for candidates to first Register themselves in One Time Registration by paying a registration fee of Rs.150/-. Candidates who have already registered themselves before are exempted from this process and don’t have to pay registration fee. Please see the Official Advt. for more details.
