ASSISTANT MANAGER (HR) – CLASS-II
No. of Vacancies: 33 Nos. (OC-17, BC-07, SC-05, ST-02, PH-02)
Educational Qualification: Must have passed M.B.A (HR) or MSW or 2 years Post Graduate Diploma in personnel Management/ Human Resources / Industrial Relations.
Experience: Eight years post qualification experience in the field of Personnel Management in a reputed manufacturing company.
Desirable: Degree in Law is desirable.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 44 years as on 01/01/2018.
Pay Scale: Rs.41155-63600/-
The candidates will be appointed through Direct Recruitment basis. The candidates selected to the post shall be placed on Training-cum-Probation for a period of one year from the date of joining and the prescribed period of probation shall be for a period of two years.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Written Examination. The Written Examination will be held on 27/05/2018 at different centers located only in Hyderabad and Secunderabad.
