The Durgapur Projects Limited (DPL), a Government of West Bengal Enterprise, engaged in the business of Generation of Electricity in the State of West Bengal Enterprise, intends to engage Mining Personnel on a Contractual basis for its mine TDCM located at Barjora, Dist-Bankura, West Bengal. Safety Officer – 01
Educational Qualification:
- The Candidate should possess a Degree or Diploma in Mining Engineering from any recognized University /Institution approved by the Government of India along with a Manager’s First Class Mine
Manager’s Certificate of Competency issued by The Board of Mining Examination {DGMS} with at least
05 years experience in Coal Mines, Preferably in Open Cast Mines. - Valid First Aid Certificate issued by St. John’s Ambulance Association of India.
- Medical Fitness (both Physical & Mental) from a medical practitioner holding at least an MBBS degree and registered with the Medical Council of India
- A Certificate from some person of good repute as to the general good conduct and antecedents of the
candidate
Age:
- 45 years as of 01.01.2023.
Pay Scale:
- Rs.66,000/- per month+ Mine Allowance as applicable
Assistant Mine Manager – 03
Educational Qualification:
- The Candidate should possess a Degree or Diploma in Mining Engineering from any recognized University /Institution approved by the Government of India along with a Second Class Mine Manager
Certificate of Competency issued by The Board of Mining Examination {DGMS} with at least 05 years
experience in Coal Mines, Preferably in Open Cast Mine. - Valid First Aid Certificate issued by St. John’s Ambulance Association of India.
- Medical Fitness (both Physical & Mental) from a medical practitioner holding at least an MBBS degree And registered with the Medical Council of India
- A Certificate from some person of good repute as to the general good conduct and antecedents of the
candidate.
Age:
- 45 years as of 01.01.2023.
Pay Scale:
- Rs.60,000/- per month+ Mine Allowance as applicable
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:
- Selection for the afore-mentioned position shall be made through Personal Interview (PI).
- Candidature of applicants shall be liable for rejection at any stage of recruitment process or even after recruitment or joining if any information provided by the candidate is found false or is found not to
be in conformity with eligibility criteria mentioned in the employment notification. - The applicant(s) working in Government/Semi-Government/PSU/Autonomous bodies should produce the NOC (No Objection Certificate) issued by his /her employer at the time of interview without which he/she shall not be allowed for interview.
- No TA or other expenses will be admissible to the candidates appearing for the interview.
- The DPL reserves the right to relax age in case of deserving meritorious candidates.
- The DPL reserves the right to withdraw/cancel the advertisement /recruitment process if circumstances so warrant without assigning any reason thereof.
- In case of any dispute, the legal jurisdiction shall be that of the Honb’le High Court, Kolkata.
- SC Candidates from states other than West Bengal shall not be entitled to reservation benefits.
