1. TRADE APPRENTICES
No. of Vacancies: 5500 Nos. (GEN-2215, SC-768, ST-1259, OBC-709, EWS-549)
Trade wise vacancies:

i) Computer Operator and Programming Assistant (COPA): 1400 posts
ii) Stenographer English: 50 posts
iii) Stenographer Hindi: 50 posts
iv) Secretarial Assistant: 50 posts
v) Electrician: 1600 posts
vi) Fitter: 1500 posts
vii) Welder (Gas & Electric): 390 posts
viii) Turner: 50 posts
ix) Machinist: 50 posts
x) Diesel Mechanic: 120 posts
xi) Draughtsman (Civil): 25 posts
xii) Draughtsman (Mechanical): 15 posts
xiii) Mechanic Auto Electrical and Electronic: 100 posts
xiv) Plumber: 50 posts
xv) Carpenter: 50 posts

 

Educational Qualification: Should have passed relevant ITI course from recognized Institute and also should have passed 8th/ 10th Standard examination as per the requirement of relevant Trade.

 

Age Limit: Minimum 18 years (16 years for Draughtsman, COPA, Stenographer and Secretarial Assistant trade) as on 23/07/2019.

 

Consolidated Pay: Rs.7655/- per month.

 

The candidates will undergo One year Apprenticeship Training under the Apprentices Act 2014 and NAPS in the trades at different Units/ Areas of South Eastern Coalfields Limited (SECL).

Note: The candidates should not be pursing Apprenticeship Training or should not have done Apprenticeship Training in any other Establishment in the same Trade.

 

Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be done on the basis of marks obtained in the Academic Qualification and Document Verification.
