Educational Qualification: (i) Bachelor’s degree in the Foreign Language concerned (Burmese) with English as a compulsory or elective subject at degree level from a recognized University.

LEGAL OFFICER (GRADE-II) – LEGAL AND TREATIES DIVISION, MINISTRY OF EXTERNAL AFFAIRS

Educational Qualification: (i) Master’s degree in Law with specialization in the field of International Law and/ or International Relations or International Organizations from a recognized University.
Note: International Law would, inter-alia, include major areas of International Law such as Law of the Sea, Human Rights Law, International Environmental Law, International Criminal Law and International Trade Law.
(ii)Candidates having specialization in International Law in M. Phil. or Ph. D. level but not at Master’s level will also be eligible.
Experience: Five years’ experience, after obtaining minimum educational qualification in Legal Affairs, namely Legal Practitioner, in Legal service of the Government, teaching or conducting or guiding research in International Law or in the Law of International Organizations.
Desirable: Certificate course (at least 6 months duration) in one or two foreign languages other than English.

PUBLIC PROSECUTOR – DEPARTMENT OF NATIONAL INVESTIGATION AGENCY, MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS

Educational Qualification: Degree in Textile Processing or Textile Chemistry or Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology in Textile Processing or Textile Chemistry from a recognised University or Institute; or Post Diploma in Textile Chemistry or Textile Processing from a recognised University or Institute.
Experience: Three years experience as a Lecturer in Textile Chemistry/ Bleaching/ Dyeing /Printing/ Finishing in a recognised Institute or as a shift-in-charge in a dye house / Textile mill in wet processing/ finishing/ bleaching of textiles.
Desirable: Master of Technology in Textile Processing or Textile Chemistry from a recognised University or Institute.
Age Limit: Maximum 35 years as on 29/03/2018
Pay Scale: Rs. 15,600-39,100/- and Grade Pay Rs. 5,400/-
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Recruitment Test and/ or Interview.
