Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) invites online applications for Combined Defence Services Examination (I), 2023 [ Including SSC Women (Non-Technical) Course ]. UNION PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION (UPSC) INVITES ONLINE APPLICATIONS FOR THE COMBINED DEFENCE SERVICES EXAMINATION (I), 2023 [ INCLUDING SSC WOMEN (NON-TECHNICAL) COURSE ]. 

 

COMBINED DEFENCE SERVICES EXAMINATION (I), 2023 – 341 Nos.

 

Educational Qualification:

  • For I.M.A. and Officers’ Training Academy:
    • Degree of a recognized University or equivalent.
  • For Indian Naval Academy:
    • Degree in Engineering from a recognized University/Institution.
  • For Air Force Academy:
    • Degree from a recognized University (with Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level) or Bachelor of Engineering

Age:

  • Minimum Age: 20 Years
  • Maximum Age: 24 Years

Application Fees:

  • For Others: Rs. 200/-
  • For Female/ SC/ ST: NIL

Candidates’ Selection:

  • Combined Defence Services Examination (I), 2022 [ Including SSC Women (Non-Technical) Course ] will be conducted at various centres across the country.
  • The exact Date, Time and Venue for the examination/interview will be intimated to the eligible candidates in due course as well as such information will be also available on the official website of the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) — https://upsc.gov.in

How to Apply:

  • Candidates are required to apply online by using the website http://upsconline.nic.in. It is essential for the applicant to register himself/herself first at the One Time Registration (OTR) platform, available on the Commission’s website, and then proceed for filling up the online application for the examination. OTR has to be registered only once in a lifetime. This can be done anytime throughout the year. If the candidate is already registered, he/she can proceed straightway for filling up the online application for the examination.

  • Last Date to Apply Online: 10-01-2023 till 06:00 PM
  • Last Date for Fee Payment (Pay by cash): 09-01-2023 at 11:59 pm
  • Last Date for Fee Payment (online): 10-01-2023 till 06:00 PM
  • Date of Online Application was withdrawn: From 18-01-2023 to 24-01-2023 till 6:00 pm
