Educational Qualification: Degree in Law of a recognized University or equivalent and has been a member of a State Judicial Service for a period of not less than 10 years or has held a superior post in the legal department of a State for a period of not less than 10 years or a Central Govt. servant who has had experience in legal affairs for not less than 10 years or possesses a Master’s Degree in Law and has had teaching or research experience in Law for not less than 08 years or is a qualified legal practitioner of not less than 35 years.

5. CHEMIST AND METALLURGIST, RAILWAY BOARD, MINISTRY OF RAILWAYS

Educational Qualification: A. (i) (a) Degree in Metallurgical Engineering from a recognized University.
OR

Educational Qualification: (i) Certificate of competency of marine Engineer Officer Class-I (Steam or Motor or Combined Steam and Motor) or equivalent and 05 year’s Service at sea of which 01 year service as Chief Engineer or Second Engineer.
