1. Senior Medical Officer: 01 Nos. (UR-01)
Educational Qualification: Candidates with MBBS+ Diploma in any Clinical discipline having minimum three years of experience OR Candidates with MBBS + Fellowship in HIV Medicine /Diploma in public Health having three years of experience
OR First Preference should be given to candidates with MD in Medicine or any other clinical discipline.
Age Limit: Maximum-60 years as on 01/08/2016
Consolidated Pay: Rs.45000/- per month.
2. ART Counsellor: 01 Nos. (SC-01)
Educational Qualification: Master Degree in Social Work (Preferably specialized in medical & Psychiatric Social work / Psychology)
OR Candidates with degree in Sociology may be considered OR A qualified graduate nurse can be appointed as counselor.
Preferences will be given to Qualified and competent PLHIV
Age Limit: Maximum-60 years as on 01/08/2016
Consolidated Pay: Rs.13000/- per month.
3. ART M.T Lab: 01 Nos. (UR-01)
Educational Qualification: Graduate / diploma holder in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT)
Candidates must be registered in West Bengal State Council for Laboratory Technician
Age Limit: Maximum-60 years as on 01/08/2016
Consolidated Pay: Rs.13000/- per month.
4. Staff Nurse: 01 Nos. (UR-01)
Educational Qualification: BSC. Nursing /GNM OR ANM with minimum three years of experience
Candidates must be registered in the West Bengal Nursing Council
Age Limit: Maximum-60 years as on 01/08/2016
Consolidated Pay: Rs.13000/- per month.
5. ART Pharmacist: 01 Nos. (UR-01)
Educational Qualification: Degree in Pharmacy OR Diploma holder in Pharmacy with three years of experiences in health care.
Candidates must be registered in the State Pharmacy Council
Age Limit: Maximum-60 years as on 01/08/2016
Consolidated Pay: Rs.13000/- per month.
6. ICTC M.T Lab: 01 Nos. (ST-01)
Educational Qualification: Graduate in Medical Laboratory (B.Sc) with minimum 01 year experience after graduation OR Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) with minimum 02 years experiences after Diploma
Candidates must have knowledge of Computer
Age Limit: Maximum-60 years as on 01/08/2016
Consolidated Pay: Rs.13000/- per month.
7. Kala – Azar Technical Supervisor (KTS): 04 Nos. (UR-02, SC-01, ST-01 )
Educational Qualification: Science Graduate with Biology as a paper.
Candidates should have valid two wheeler Driving License.
Age Limit: Minimum-50 years and maximum-60 years as on 01/08/2016
Consolidated Pay: Rs.10500/- per month.
