Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) Educational Qualification:-

Sub Registrar:- Law Graduate

Assistant Labour Commissioner:- Post Graduate Degree in Economics / Sociology / Commerce / Law / Labour relation / Labour welfare / Labour Law / Social work / Social welfare / Trade Management / Personnel Management.

Assistant Controller Legal Measurement (Grade II):-

(A) From a University established by law in India, or
(B) From any institution other than a University recognized or declared to be a University under any law,
(C) Degree in science with physics or mechanical engineering as one of the subjects from a foreign university recognized by the Central Government; and
Working knowledge of Hindi written in Devanagari Script

Age Limit:- Candidates must have attained the age of 21 years and must not have crossed the age of 40 years on July 1, 2023, i.e. they must have not been born earlier than 2nd July 1983 and not later than July 1, 2002. For Pwds candidates, the maximum age limit is 55 years i.e. they must have not been born before 02 July 1968.
Relaxation in Upper Age Limit: (a) Upper age limit shall be greater by five years for candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes of U.P., Scheduled Tribes of U.P., Other Backward Classes of U.P., Skilled players of U.P. of Classified Games, State Govt. Employees of U.P. including Teachers / Staff of the Basic Shiksha Parishad of U.P. and Teachers / Staff of the Government Aided Madhyamik Vidyalayas of U.P. i.e. they must have not been born before 2nd July 1978. (b) The upper age limit shall be greater by fifteen years for Persons with Disabilities (Pwds) of U.P. (c) Upper age limit shall also be greater by 3 years + Period of service rendered in the army for The Emergency Commissioned Officers / Short Service Commissioned Offices / ExArmy personals of U.P.

(i) Unreserved/Economically weaker sections:- Exam fee Rs. 100/- + Online processing fee. Exam fee. Other Backward Class: Rs. 40/- + Online processing fee

(ii) Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe:- Exam fee Rs. 40/- + Online processing fee. Exam fee Rs. 40/- + Online processing fee
Rs. 25/- Total = Rs. 65/-
(iii) Persons with Disabilities:- Exam fee NIL+ Online processing fee. Exam fee Rs. 40/- + Online processing fee
Rs. 25/- Total = Rs. 25/-
(iv) Ex-Servicemen:- Exam fee Rs. 40/- + On-line processing fee. Exam fee Rs. 40/- + Online processing fee
Rs. 25/- Total = Rs. 65/-
(v) Dependents of the Freedom Fighters/ Women/Skilled/Outstanding Sports Person: According to their original category
