Samiksha Adhikari and Sahayak Samiksha Adhikari
No. of vacancies: 465 posts (Gen-460, Backlog-05)
Educational Qualification along with the Post’s name and Department are given below:
(1) Samiksha Adhikari (Account), Sahayak Samiksha Adhikari (Account) under U.P. Secretariat:
(i) Bachelor’s degree in commerce with Accountancy from a recognized University or an equivalent qualification.
(ii) ‘O’ Level certificate in Computer Application from a recognized institute.
(iii) Knowledge of Hindi written in Devnagari Script.
(2) Sahayak Samiksha Adhikari under U.P. Secretariat:
(i) Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University or an equivalent qualification.
(ii) “O” Level certificate awarded by the DOEACC Society or an equivalent qualification.
(iii) Must possess a minimum speed of twenty five words per minute in Hindi typewriting.
Preference shall be given to a candidate knowing English Typewriting also.
(3) Sahayak Samiksha Adhikari under U.P. Public Service Commission:
(i) Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University or an equivalent qualification.
(ii) Must possess a minimum speed of twenty five words per minute in Hindi typewriting.
(iii) Diploma in Computer Science from any recognized Institute / University or “O” Level Certificate awarded by the DOEACC Society.
Preference shall be given to a candidate knowing English typewriting also.
(4) Sahayak Samiksha Adhikari under Board of Revenue, U.P. :
(i) Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University or an equivalent qualification.
(ii) “O” Level certificate awarded by the DOEACC Society or an equivalent qualification.
(iii) Must possess a minimum speed of twenty five words per minute in Hindi typewriting.
Preference shall be given to a candidate knowing English Typewriting also.
(5) Sahayak Samiksha Adhikari under Office of the Chief Election Officer, U.P. :
(i) Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University or an equivalent qualification.
(ii) “O” Level certificate awarded by the DOEACC Society or an equivalent qualification.
(iii) Must possess a minimum speed of twenty five words per minute in Hindi typewriting.
Preference shall be given to a candidate knowing English Typewriting also.
(6) Sahayak Samiksha Adhikari (Account) under U.P. Public Service Commission:
Graduate degree in Commerce with Accountancy from a recognized University.
(7) Samiksha Adhikari (Hindi) under U.P. Secretariat:
Bachelor’s degree with Hindi Literature or Sanskrit Literature as one of the Subjects from a recognized University or an equivalent qualification.
(8) Samiksha Adhikari (Urdu) under U.P. Secretariat:
Bachelor’s degree with Arabic Literature or Persian Literature or Urdu Literature as one of the subjects from a recognized University or an equivalent qualification.
Provided that requirement of having taken urdu Literature or Persian Literature or Arabic Literature shall not be necessary in case of a candidate who has passed the Adib-eKamil Examination of Jamia Urdu -Aligarh.
Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and maximum 40 years as on 01.07.2017.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Preliminary Examination, Main Examination and Medical Examination. Preliminary Examination will be held in the following centres- Agra, Allahabad, Azamgarh, Barabanki, Bareilly, Gorakhpur, Etawah, Faizabad, Ghaziabad, Jaunpur, Jhansi, Kanpur Nagar, Lucknow, Meerut, Moradabad, Rai Bareli, Shahjahanpur, Sitapur, Varanasi, Mainpuri and Mathura.

Application Fee: Candidates must pay Rs.125/- (Rs.65/- for SC/ST and Rs.25/- for PWD) as Application Fee. Candidates belonging to the reserved category of state other than U.P, will be treated as General Candidates.
Upon successful payment of prescribed fee and submission of online application form, the system generated Registration/ Acknowledgement Slip with unique registration number will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print-out it for future correspondence. DO NOT SEND ANY PRINT-OUT/HARD COPY OR DOCUMENTS TO ANYWHERE AT THIS STAGE. All the verification will be done in due course.
