UTTARAKHAND MEDICAL SERVICE SELECTION BOARD INVITES ONLINE APPLICATION FOR 712 POSTS OF MEDICAL OFFICER (ORDINARY GRADE). LAST DATE — 20/10/2017
1. MEDICAL OFFICER (ORDINARY GRADE)
No. of Vacancies: 712 Nos. (GEN-325, OBC-154, ST-33, SC-200)
Educational Qualification: M.B.B.S. Degree or an equivalent degree of a university recognized by the Medical Council of India.
Candidates holding Post Graduate Degree/Diploma or Equivalent Educational degree shall be preferred.
Prior to appointment in the Service, registration with the Uttarakhand Medical Council is mandatory.
Preferential Qualification:
(i) Degree mentioned under Uttarakhand Medical and Health Service rule-2014 under section 8(1) proviso; or
(ii) Served in the Territorial Army for a minimum period of 02 Years; or
(iii) Obtained a “B” certificate of National Cadet Corps.
Age Limit: Minimum-21 years and maximum-42 years as on 01/07/2017. Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST and 03 years for OBC category.
Pay Scale: Rs.56100 – Rs.177500
