1. Officer Scale – III: 1 Nos. (General)
Qualification: Degree in any discipline with minimum 50% marks in aggregate.
Experience: Minimum 5yrs as an officers in a Bank or Financial Institution.
2. Officer Scale-II (IT): 2 Nos. (General)
Qualification: Degree in Electronics/ Communication / Computer Science / Information Technology or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
Experience: One year in the field.
3. Officer Scale-II (Treasury Manager): 1 Nos. (Gen)
Qualification: Certified Associateship (CA) from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or Post graduate Degree in Finance from a recognized university/ institution
Experience: One year in the field.
4. Officer Scale-II (Marketing Officer): 1 Nos. (Gen)
Qualification: Post Graduate Degree in Marketing from a recognized university.
Experience: One year in the field.
5. Office Assistant (Multipurpose): 14 Nos. (Gen—11; SC—1; ST—2)
Qualification: Degree in any discipline or equivalent. Candidates must be proficient in local language of the State/ UT in which RRBs is located and must. Candidates must have studied that particular local language at Matriculation/ Class 10 level.
Experience: Nil.
Essential Requirements: Candidates should have obtained the specified Total Weighted Standard Score as well as score in each test in the RRBs- Common Written Examination conducted in September 2012.
Candidates applying for Officer Scale-II (Information Technology) should have obtained the specified Total Weighted Standard Score as well as score in each test in the Common Written Examination conducted for Public Sector Banks for Specialist Officers conducted by IBPS in March 2012.

Officer Scale – II : Rs. 19400 – Rs. 28100
Office Assistant (Multipurpose): Rs. 7200 – Rs. 19300
Age Limits (as on 01-06-2013):—
For Officer Scale- III : Below 40 years
For Officer Scale- II : Above 21 years – Below 32 years
For Office Assistant : Between 18 years and 28 years
Upper age relaxation for OBC—3yrs; SC/ST—5yrs; OBC—3yrs; PH—10yrs and Others—as per norms.
Selection of the candidates will be through Personnel Interview. Shortlist will be prepared on basis of performance in Common Written Examination (CWE) conducted by IBPS. This shortlisted candidates will be called for Personal Interview.
Interview will be held at Wainganga Krishna Gramin Bank, Head Office, Solapur.
Exact date and venue will be intimated to the eligible candidates through Call letters as well as information will be displayed in the Bank’s website one week before the date of commencement of the Interview.
