1. POST GRADUATE ASSISTANT TEACHER IN THE EKLABYA MODEL RESIDENTIAL SCHOOLS ( ENGLISH MEDIUM HIGHER SECONDARY CO-ED ) UNDER THE TRIBAL DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT, GOVT. OF WEST BENGAL
Medium of Teaching: English Medium
No. of vacancies as per subject wise are as follows:-
1. Mathematics: 05 posts (UR-3; SC-2)
2. Physics: 05 posts (UR-3; SC-2)
3. Chemistry: 05 posts (UR)
4. Political Science: 02 posts (OBC-A -1; ST-1)

Educational Qualification: Master’s degree in the concerned subject from a recognized University AND must have passed Madhyamik or Higher Secondary Examination from any English Medium School of the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education/West Bengal Council for Higher Secondary Education, or its equivalent examination with English as first language.
Desirable: A degree in Teaching or Education of a recognized University or its equivalent.

2. INSPECTOR OF LEGAL METROLOGY, WEST BENGAL UNDER THE CONTROL OF THE DIRECTORATE OF LEGAL METROLOGY, WEST BENGAL IN WEST BENGAL GENERAL SERVICE UNDER THE CONSUMER AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT, GOVT. OF W.B.
Number of Vacancies: 32 Posts (OBC-A-2; OBC-B-2; SC-7; ST-2; PH-1)
Qualification: Graduate of a recognised university in Science (With Physics as one of the subjects), Technology or Engineering OR Holds a recognised diploma in Engineering with three years experience in the field of Engineering in which the candidate has earned the diploma or in the field of Legal Metrology.
AND should be able to speak, read and write the regional language of the state, i.e., Bengali / Nepali for the candidates from the hill area of Darjeeling District.

Qualification: An Honours degree from a recognized University and 03 years experience as Sub-Editor or working Journalist in any media house of repute; or 3 (three) years experience as Mass Communication practitioner in the Public Relations Wing of Government, Semi Government Organisation and/or Corporate House or reputed Advertisement Agencies with experiences of bringing out house journals and publicity materials in print media; See officially released advertisement for more details.

4. ASSISTANT MANAGER UNDER THE DIRECTORATE OF CINCHONA & OTHER MEDICINAL PLANTS, IN THE FOOD PROCESSING INDUSTRIES & HORTICULTURE DEPARTMENT, GOVT. OF WEST BENGAL
Number of Vacancies: 05 posts (OBC-B-1; SC-1; PH Low Vision/Blindness -1)
Qualification: A degree in Agriculture of a recognized university with Botany or Horticulture as one of the subject, or a Degree in Science of a recognized university with Botany as one of subject (preference being given to a person holding Honours Degree in Science of a recognized university with Botany as one of the subject).
Preference will be given to candidates having some field experience.
Age Limit: Not more than 32 years as on 01.01.2015
Pay Scale: Rs.9,000/- – Rs. 40,500/- with Grade Pay Rs. 4,600/-.
Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC, 10 years for PWD & as per Govt. norms for Ex-Servicemen & others. SC/ST and OBC candidates of other States will be treated as General candidates and no relaxation will be given to such candidates.
Note: CANDIDATES MUST HAVE ABILITY TO READ, WRITE AND SPEAK IN BENGALI (NOT APPLICABLE FOR NEPALI SPEAKING CANDIDATES FROM THE HILL AREAS OF THE DISTRICT OF DARJEELING)
