INDIAN COAST GUARD INVITES ONLINE APPLICATION FOR THE POSTS OF YANTRIK 01/2019 BATCH (COURSE COMMENCING IN FEBRUARY 2019). LAST DATE — 01/08/2018
YANTRIK 01/2019 BATCH (COURSE COMMENCING IN FEBRUARY 2019)
Educational Qualification: Matriculation or equivalent and Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Electronics and Telecommunication (Radio/ Power) Engineering with 60% in aggregate (55% SC/ST, outstanding sports person & wards of Coast Guard).
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 22 years.
Basic Pay: Rs.29200/- per month.
The basic training will commence in February 2019 at INS Chilka followed by sea training and professional training. Only Male candidates are eligible to apply.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST and 03 years for OBC category.
Physical Standards:
(i) Male Candidates: Height — 157 cms; Chest (unexpanded) — Should be well proportioned. Minimum expansion 5 cms.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Written Test, Physical Fitness Test (PFT) and Medical Examination. The written test will be conducted in Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata and Noida.

Upon successful submission of online application form, the system generated Registration/ Acknowledgement Slip with unique registration number will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print-out it for future correspondence. DO NOT SEND ANY PRINT-OUT/HARD COPY OR DOCUMENTS TO ANYWHERE AT THIS STAGE. All the verification will be done in due course.
