Agricultural Scientists Recruitment Board (ASRB) is recruiting 270 Assistant by Direct Recruitment on All India Open Competition basis. Recruitment Notice Assistant (DR) – 2014. Name of the Post: ASSISTANT
Number of Vacancies: 268 Nos.  Increased to 270 Nos. (i.e. 46 posts in ICAR Headquarters New Delhi and 222 posts in ICAR Institute)

 

Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.

 

Age Limit: Minimum 20 years and maximum 27 years as on 01-08-2014    29/09/2014. Upper age relaxation for reserved categories is as per norms.

The engagement will be on Direct Recruitment basis and the selection of the candidates will be through Competitive Examination in two stages, i.e. – (i) Preliminary Examination and (ii) Main Examination. There will be no Interview.
Preliminary Examination will be an Online Computer based test comprising 200 marks of Multiple choice questions (objective type). For detailed syllabus and etc., please see the officially released advertisement (see PDF file given below).

 

Application Fee: Interested candidates willing to apply for the vacancies shall pay Application Fee of Rs.1000/-. Fee can be paid using Debit/ Credit card during submission of online application or can be paid by means of fee payment challan through any branches of Syndicate Bank. Fee Challan can be downloaded from the ASRB’s website which will generate automatically upon submission of online application.
NO APPLICATION FEE FOR SC/ST, PWD AND ALL FEMALE CANDIDATES.
